Travelodge Leatherhead recensioner

Friendly staff. Good location. Easy access to supermarkets, coffee shops and restaurants. However, there was no air conditioning. You could open window a little bit, but air ventilation was still not good. It’s hard to say there was a view in the room, unless you consider a loading bay was okay. There was no free wifi provided in lounge or in hotel room. It’s chargeable at £3 per night. It’s noisy in the morning when workers began unloading products for a supermarket nearby.

it's a travel lodge very normal nothing to write home about.

The lodge was tidy and clean however heating needs to be worked on.

Helpful friendly receptionist Naz very helpful help me with my inquiry,very helpful At Leatherhead. Great early booking no issues. Room clean towels provided Great local amenities and a nice Turkish restaurant near by . Little Hampton museum.

The reception team at Travelodge Leatherhead are great . They always go that extra mile to make stays very comfortable . Whether it be local advice or helping out with any last minute changes , they are always smiling and always happy to help . I particularly want to thank Anna and Bhagya for always making check in and stays very pleasant . The hotel has really come on over the past few months and rooms are always spotless , clean and fresh . Thanks to the Leatherhead team . DM

Seeing friends nearby. Hotel was excellent value. Parking nearby only allowed 3/4 hour stay so that might be something to consider but plenty of space on road to stop and drop off bags

Everything was in order. A little noisy outside until a certain time but that is a expected. Can't really fault anything

I've stayed here a few times and always had a warm welcome and excellent customer service from Oliver on reception. The rooms have been spotlessly clean, comfortable and quiet and the location, on the High Street, is close to lots of restaurants and a car park within short walking distance.

Stayed at the Travelodge Leatherhead for work related visit, excellent value for money, good location 10 minutes walk from train station and on the High Street close to shops & restaurants. Staff very helpfull and friendly.

Excellent polite reception staff very friendly, easy check in, clean and tidy hotel, room and bathroom clean and tidy, everything needed in room, good comfortable bed, plenty of pillows

Really nice place to stay if you are looking for something comfortable , and good prices . The staff are really kind and helpful . Anna was amazing with us , and very attentive !! It’s good that a place has good staff like her , she made us feel very welcome . Thank you !

I have arrived at around 7 pm with my friend and got recommended by the staff to check out wetherhsppoons. Oliver and Naz were very keen on helping me to book extra stays and get wifi thanks to the gentlemen and to the morning staff who were full of smiles Will return for summer with family as a trip to stay in this lovely town...

I recently stayed at the Travelodge with my lady in Leatherhead, and I have to say, it was a smooth and pleasant experience from check-in to check-out. near the town centre with quick access to local shops and the station Naz and Oil, Both were incredibly warm, helpful, and professional. offering a friendly conversation after a long journey, their energy really lifted the experience. You can tell they genuinely care about guests and go above and beyond to make people feel welcome. The room itself was clean and comfortable, with all the essentials you'd expect from a Travelodge. Nothing fancy, but perfect for a good night’s rest. Would definitely return next time I’m in the area—and I hope Naz and Oil are still there when I do!
