Travelodge Leatherhead recensioner

Friendly staff. Good location. Easy access to supermarkets, coffee shops and restaurants. However, there was no air conditioning. You could open window a little bit, but air ventilation was still not good. It’s hard to say there was a view in the room, unless you consider a loading bay was okay. There was no free wifi provided in lounge or in hotel room. It’s chargeable at £3 per night. It’s noisy in the morning when workers began unloading products for a supermarket nearby.

it's a travel lodge very normal nothing to write home about.

The lodge was tidy and clean however heating needs to be worked on.

Arrived later than expected but once I arrived Mark and Madjid gave such great services especially on parking and setting up WiFi. Gave me an upgrade on room as no other room available Room was very spacious clean and had a really good sleep after all the traveling

Arrived late due to air travel control. Once at hotel Mark gave good service checking me in. And sorting out wifi Wasn't sure about parking Madjid assured me where to park. Room was clean spacious and was in a great location quiet. Great eating places

Late arrival at the hotel due to the late arrival at Gatwick. Once at the hotel I was greeted by mark and madjid who checked me in and helped me where to park and wifi. Great team. Room was spacious and clean. And I was happy as I was upgraded to family as no double room available

The hotel is a lovely place, the rooms are very clean, beds are very comfy, lovely stay very ideal as it’s in the town near to a lovely cafe, I spoke to a lovely housekeeping lady by the name of Rose very helpful with all of my queries I had couldn’t be more helpful well done to ROSE

Came by the hotel after a rough journey but the staff Naz and Hermina were very welcoming and made my day a lot better the rooms were spotless and cozy,the streets were loud but they gave me a room on top floor where it’s quiet would recommend coming here

Last minute booking. Brilliant stay, very helpful and kind staff Naz and Hermina were brilliant and accommodating. Room was nice, clean and fresh. Again the staff working were fantastic and helpful. I would certainly stay here again. 5/5

Room was pretty clean but a few carpet stains that could do with a steam cleaning. Except for that it’s definitely worth the price and being central in town and close to train station. Not noisy at night and good heating. Staff very helpful and always available. Will come again!

Wee bit on the small side. Good for an unfussy overnight stay. Lots of local eateries. Wouldn’t consider it a suitable holiday hotel.

Naz and Oli helped me on reception after I mis booked on my dates , so helpful and friendly sorted out my issue quickly! Fantastic customer service to ensure I was able to stay the night needed without excessive charge and with zero fuss, 100% recommend
