Hotel was definitely a 3*. The food was very repetitive and wasn’t great! The animation team were good and helpful but the entertainment in the evenings was non existent, it was advertised that different things were going to be going on in the evenings but there was nothing but music being played! The room we had was very basic and very noisy. No air con as this was turned off after the 15th of September, even though it was still 34 degrees outside. The hotel was in the middle of nowhere with nothing to do outside of the hotel. We got a taxi a few times into Sousse and there is plenty to do there! All in all was a good holiday, staff were helpful but the food let it down massively.

Absolutely the worst holiday ever, food is terrible and not catering for English.there is no entertainment, the animation team do the bare minimum in the day and I mean the bare minimum, at night there is nothing but rubbish, it says there is entertainment, karaoke, bingo etc but no there is not.worst ever mini disco for the 4 or 5 kids that get involved. Only 4 choices of drink on the all inclusive, watered down vodka,gin,whiskey and 1 beer.if you want decent drink you pay for it. Poolside bar beer and fruit juice no coke a cola, ice cream you have to pay for but only available after 5pm.if your TV only has 2 channels you have to hire a remote control to try and tune in more channels, you can hire a safe for a 100 dinr deposit and a daily charge. On a plus side the pool is good and the staff are friendly and attentive. The cleaners do a decent job and there are clean towels daily. The hotel it's self is clean, the rooms are basic but ok. There is nothing but moskitos,flys and other biting insects everywhere. We were bit daily and you cant settle, weather at the piol or in the room as they are everywhere. The beach is nice and plenty of water sports to get involved in.Ali is the man to ho to for all your water sports he is brilliant, friendly and very good.Great view of the ocean and the weather is fantastic. Avoid at all costs put me off ever returning to Tunisia..

I was with my family , and we enjoy the stay for one week was everything fantastic , reception so good they welcome us , and rooms clean as we want it , the pool are too big we dont which one we swim on it and the beach so good relaxing, ANIMATION: i meet the best ever friendly and always happy giving energy they work so hard wish them all the best and want to thank the new mini disco (lean) animater the energetic one my children love her , you animaters make our end of holiday good ❤️

Dirty room ,bed and sheets. If you turn off ligts on night in bathroom the coacroach will go out.....i spot one huge and lots small one and never turn light in bathroom later.Room don t look like on advertisements.,and view supposed to be on garden but we got on roof only.the beach is totally different from the advert too.its tine on pics look like there is couple of seats in couple rows but reall its only 2 rows max.the worst thing really disappointing food ,disgusting and there wasn t nearlly nothing to eat ,empty bowls and dirty plates....no fruits no choose on nice cakes really bad food.if we seen chicken the people nearly kill themself to take some and gones in 1 minute .only one good point for staff in restaurant they tried really hard.dont go to this place run to diffrent hotel.

The staff was Amazing and they are very supportive and helpful, you don't need to think about the food or drinks as they are always available and included, activities never stop and you will never get board, i really enjoyed the time spent there with my family and also i extended my stay for more few days, thanks for Khoula staff on the reception team as she made everything smoothly

Very large area,many different activities:jacuzzi,spa,big tennis, game room,gym,football,basketball, everything is free.Very nice staff and nice rooms.Service at the highest level.Delicious and different food every day.Administrators are friendly and helped with any question.Very nice animators,dances and different shows every evening.Liked absolutely everything!

I would say most of the positive reviews on here are from fake accounts. Everyone we spoke to at the hotel was not happy- some families in tears. There were far too many people in the hotel and as a result everything was stretched from the cleaning, to food to even space in the pool. A few headlines *Room. Our original room was disgusting. No balcony, overlooking a barren space, dirty footprints, unclean and air con not working. We had to 'pay' someone to get a better room. When we did the basics like a fridge, TV and WiFi were not there even though this was apparently a premier room. Often not cleaned, no towels etc *Food. There were literally fights amongst some guests to get food. Pushing in, plates getting overfilled. I stopped going to the restaurant in the final week as I couldn't face it and I know many guests did the same. *WIFI- non existent. *Entertainment - no TVs in the hotel so couldn't watch things like the Olympics that were on and had to travel out. I could go on. This was known as Houda Golf club resort but even little things like the crazy golf for kids were in total disrepair and filled with water and peeling paint (see pics). On a positive I would say staff around the hotel were very nice and tried to their best to help and the watersports on the beach were great. We tried to make the best of the trip for our children but I would definitely not recommend a stay here. Our best days were spent out of the hotel and we spent a considerable amount of extra money to ensure we still had a good holiday by getting away from the hotel

We absolutely loved this hotel, the staff and bar staff were all amazing, beach is literally off the resort with a beautiful sea which we were in daily, they have beach events , jet ski, boats and loads more! Momo and Ali (beach bed attendant) were amazing, well they all were but those 2 I remembered lol, they treat you like family and made the holiday great, only downside was there is no lifts in the hotel so if your disabled pre book a ground floor, the manager was fab and relocated us the morning after we arrived to a fabulous pool view room, the food is good but it’s the same thing everyday, although there is different things pizza daily for the kids, chips, snack bar open most of the day, the pool is lovely and nice and big and everyone who worked there honestly couldn’t do enough for us, we will deff be returning

Just spent a week at the Houda Golf & Beach Hotel in Monastir, Tunisia. Thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The room was spacious and cleaned every day. The food choice (all inclusive) was amazing, an unbelievable amount of choice at every meal. Beautiful food, no complaints whatsoever. The Animation Team are all excellent at their job, night & day. We had a fantastic time especially with Zoya (Zee Zee) and Lou Lou, nothing was too much trouble. Lovely girls Mou Mou the jewellery seller was polite and very inexpensive. I bought a necklace and matching ankle chain from him. Big shout out to Ali from the Houda water sports. Great guy, very helpful and cheerful. Had an amazing full body spa treatment and massage which I definitely recommend at the hotel spa, staff are dedicated to their job and wonderfully polite. All in all for the money we paid, less than £400 per person for myself and my son, we will definitely be back again soon. THANK YOU ️✈️☀️
