The hotel is not as advertised it states WiFi in bedrooms and the only place you can get WiFi is the lobby and connection is spotty at best, no hairdryer and no mini bar in the room Food isn't labelled no allergy information, queues for food are immense The dining area is infested with flies and the occasional flock of little birds probably due to the table clothes being emptied of debris and then turned over If you speak English, there are very very very few staff that slightly understand the language and unfortunately I was not educated in Arabic and french Pool smells like bleach, there is a dry wipe board stating the PH of the pool whish Is always at 7.4 the only thing that is obviously changed is the date which I believe is impossible considering what I witnessed they local guest do in the pool aside from wash their shoes in it There is no dedicated playground, And if your going with little ones I'm a pushchair there is no lifts we were on the first floor During my stay I had a HOT water pipe burst minutes after my wife and 2 young children had finished in the bathroom and were left up to 30 minutes with hot water filling the floor Most of our landing aswell as other rooms, thankfully they relocated us to a ground floor room with working plumbing but there was mold in the bathroom and on the last day the wardrobe door came off its hinges almost hitting my two year old

23:14 4 68 1st Solo trip abroad. WOW. 100% Happy Jun 2025 • Solo Wow.!! Beyond my expectations My Ist solo trip abroad. Not knowing what to expect, I had a warm welcome waiting for me. The animation team were excellent. I'd been there 2 hours & met Mino. He got me to join in with the games they were doing & from then on for the rest of the week I did not feel I was on a solo holiday. Mino sat with me at meal times or 1 of the others would so I wasn’t eatiing alone. Along with Mino, Mike Chico Yugi Raslen & they rest of the animation team make the activities fun They are the best team. Dj Flow is great. Along with his music & the animation team they get everyone up dancing & playing games. Everyday they do stretching Darts aqua fit waterpolo or Volleyball. They have table tennis as well. They are a credit to their manager Manga & the hotel. The food was lovely plenty of variety everyday & the restaurant & bar staff are lovely. The hotel is right on its own white sand beach with lovely warm water to swim in. The pools are very clean & the life guards are always on watch. I visited the spa & had a lovely sauna followed by Hammam scrub a massage & jacuzzi bath. Both the ladies in the spa are lovely along with Don who l booked with. He gave me a very good price There is a small jewellery stand in the bar with some lovely pieces at very reasonable prices. They have a small shop on site where you can buy snacks if you need them Along with small gifts & some lovely bags. They have a gentleman who you can book various trips with. Would I recommend the hotel 100% for solo couples or families. I am already booking to come back.

Where to start? On arrival there was no food as it was too late and the receptionist was quite rude. He was annoyed his card reader wasn't working and we had no cash on us to pay the tax. We had a reminder note pushed through the door on the next day.The room was lovely could not fault it. No hairdryer in room though. Food was repetative and as we were in the last week it was the same at lunch and dinner. The restaurant was filthy with very dirty table cloths. Drinks, they constantly kept running out of red wine and was rude when you asked for a drink. Would not recommend this hotel. I know it is a budget hotel but ive stayed at lot better hotels will definitely not be going back

I stayed here for one week with my daughter. Being Scottish we are quite fussy but there is a massive variety of food. The queues are longgggg and most folk don’t queue, they just push their way in which was a bit frustrating. The kids run wild but it’s not down to the hotel, it’s the parents. The animation team work tirelessly to entertain and look after the kids. They made the holiday for us, especially Dj Flo. Big shout out, thank you for making us feel welcome and safe. The bar staff are lovely, they literally don’t stop. Plenty of life guards who watch the kids in the pool. There’s not much to do around the hotel apart from one club Savanna & a shop maybe a five minute walk. No issues with mosquitos as there’s usually a nice breeze. Avoid the tour guide man as he’s been known to scam people taking cash up front and not providing a service he’s sold. He can be quite pushy then abrupt if you’re not interested. Also, if you exchange too much money the reception will not change it back and we’re also quite rude about it. It’s illegal to take Tunisian Diham out the country and after security they only accept euros or pounds. Keep your receipt and change it back at the airport but be prepared for a poor exchange rate. Rooms were cleaned daily unless you state otherwise. Shout out to the lovely Ria with the brades. Kamboda busts the best moves dancing entertaining all day and night, Manga puts on a good show at night again with DJ Flo. Not to forget Malek/Mino, what an angel with the kids. All lovely and full of energy. DJ Flo was my favourite tho. Thanks for a lovely experience!!

Food terrible my 7 year old brother couldn't eat all week all he ate was bread . Beach is nice / alot of Tunisian people so it isn't really for tourists mainly for the people living there and you had to stand in queues to get 2 slices of pizza no more then that . Blankets had some brown stuff on it dont know what but yeah / workers were very bad they would watch you only because they get 4£ a day 😂 and they are mad also it is a 3 star hotel so what do you expect 😭terrible .
