In the vicinity of the hotel`s own sandy beach lies the hotel One Resort Jockey. The beach is patrolled by a lifeguard. On the beach there is also a clubhouse. Here, there are sun loungers, cushions, sun umbrellas and beach towels available. Cold drinks are served at the bar on the beach. The air-conditioned halal hotel has a 24h reception (check-in is possible around the clock), a lobby bar, Wi-Fi, internet access, a lift, a supermarket and other shops, a boutique, a hairdresser, a jacuzzi, a first aid kit, parking spaces (limited) as well as a TV lounge with satellite TV. In the outdoor area you will find a garden as well as a seasonally heated and supervised pool that is open seasonally (open all year), where sun loungers, sun umbrellas and pool towels are available for free. I recently stayed at this beautiful hotel " the jokey one resort "and, overall, the experience was excellent. The facilities were well-maintained, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the amenities—from the pool to the dining options—met every expectation of a quality hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for a relaxing getaway. However, I did notice one recurring issue that affected the overall impression of the hotel: the behavior and hygiene of the lifeguard supervisor. While the pool area itself was great, the supervisor consistently threw cigarette butts around the area, which was not only unpleasant but also very noticeable to other guests. It was surprising, considering the otherwise high standards of cleanliness and professionalism throughout the property. In addition, his attitude and demeanor were far from welcoming. He often appeared irritable, and his interactions with guests and staff were unprofessional. This created an uncomfortable atmosphere around the pool, which should otherwise be one of the most enjoyable parts of a stay. Despite this issue, I would still recommend the hotel, especially for its overall quality and value. I hope the management addresses this specific problem, as it detracts from what is otherwise a very well-run and enjoyable destination.

Amazing hotel and entertainment staff, they make the holiday! Rio was the best entertainer, always having fun with the guests! The food is 10/10 always hot and tasty. The rooms are spacious and clean. Every member of staff is super friendly and helpful would 100% return to this hotel again :)

Amazing experience only 4 days in and feel welcome and the hotel is such an amazing place, staff are friendly, funny and charming. Entertainment for comedy is very funny and the dance entertainment is an eye catching experience, definitely recommend 😁😁

Its our second time in the hotel we Come the Last year in october ...but this time every thing is cool animation really more than Nice we like all team animation special thanx for spiro ..bougie and Leo the Best for us but there animator with big musscle when we dont but from him the ticket he never come back and talk with us again thats not nice really we want the chef to look about this guy he is not cool

I just came back from One Resort and to be fair, the place is beautiful. Clean rooms, great beach, and the animation team is so full of life. The lifeguards are doing their best, always present, especially around the kids. They seemed serious and focused, which made us feel comfortable as a family. But I really need to mention one big negative: the so-called “boss” of the lifeguards. He’s honestly the worst part of the whole experience. Never smiled, never greeted anyone, and when I tried asking him to help me with the chair in French and then English—he looked at me like I was speaking alien language and he called his lifeguard to come and know what i want . Completely useless. I don’t even think he can communicate properly with guests or his team. What shocked me most is the way he acts in front of everyone. He throws his cigarette on the floor right next to the beach or pool like it’s nothing. This is a resort, not the street. Honestly, he’s the only person who gave off a bad impression A few times I even saw guests looking at him like “what is this guy doing?” He looked like he didn’t care at all about hygiene or setting a good example. His clothes were dirty, his face always looked grumpy and angry, and he never helped his team even when they were clearly dealing with stressful situations. You can also see that the other lifeguards avoid him or seem uncomfortable when he’s around. He’s just walking around doing absolutely nothing but giving bad energy. It’s a shame because everyone else at the resort was great. I would love to come back, but I really hope they replace him or at least give him proper training. He just doesn’t belong in a place like this.
