One big plus for animation team, Sabrina is my favourite trainer, and have a good energy, food very good, beach very lovely, room are very big and comfortable, a lot of bars and servise 24h, we came back again❤️❤️❤️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Very nice hotel, child-friendly. Lots of attractions for children and adults. Delicious food, new clean rooms. Animators and service are perfect, they take care of everything. I will definitely visit it again. Best regards to animator Nino :)

there are friendly staff, and very pleasant experience. Fun for the kids, animation staff are very experienced and can play with everyone very well. Very good amenities and food is good too. There are very good views from the rooms and the cleaning staff are very good.

i liked it there the resort wasn’t pretty just from the outside but the inside too i enjoyed my experience here and i would more than happy to come back here one day in the future even the people here were awesome even tho i haven’t talked to anyone much

The check process was long and it appeared that our booking was not confirmed with the hotel by the tour operator, however we were guided to the on site 24h bar for late night snacks and drinks and our room was upgraded for the trouble and wait. The room was large enough to accommodate 2 adults and 1 child and whilst the cleaner was friendly, the room attendants did clean the rooms when we requested however the second to last day we were in the room when she came to clean, she did mop the floors however, she didn't change the bed sheets and the window/sliding door to the balcony had also not been cleaned since we arrived and are greasy. Overall OK, but needs some attention to detail. There are many options to pick from at lunch and dinner, there should be something for everyone. There is also a kids area with a tv in the main restaurant. There are smaller places to get snacks throughout the day at the Beach Bar and Express Bar including sandwiches, paninis and pizza. The only disappointment here was they had no alternative milk so we had to travel to a mall to purchase. They do have a microwave in the main restaurant and there are other restaurants you can book a la carte. The staff are generally nice, there are always some sour faces anywhere you go but we found the bar tenders to always be polite, always remembered our drinks order which is a small gesture but welcomed and we were always greeted courteously as were the other members of staff around the hotel. There are a variety of both indoor and outdoor pools to choose from as well as the beach which is a short walk away. There is also a pool with water slides. We visited in the low season so there was always space at the pools and the beach but imagine this would be busier I'm the peak of summer. There are places to buy a variety of things in the hotel such as clothes, henna, there is also a hairdressers and spa that offers some good deals. I would say that the hotel needs some more obvious signage, it's probably around but not clear/quite small. The animation team was by far the highlight of this holiday, they always came with a smile and plenty of energy to keep kids and families entertained. Rhe run a kids club in the day time as well as activies by the pool side and around the hotel. Mini disco runs from around 8:30-9pm, there is dancing followed by the main entertainment. All great Overall, I would say the good definitely outweighs the parts of the holiday that we would consider "bad" and those parts are easily fixable.

I like the hotell very much beacuse, the service here is so nice and the people are very nice to everyone. The room was nice and not hot like every other hotell room that ive been. Drinks and food are amazing the shows at night are so grazy everyone are dancing and singing
