One Resort Aqua Park & Spa

Food was good and there was plenty to choose from. The chefs were brilliant and remembered my daily omelette. The entertainment team were superb, especially Big Bob, Mo Mo, Zico and Jackson. Thank you From Mandy and Antony Along with their children. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Has the best time at One Resort in Monastir. The staff can't do enough for you, great activities and lovely food and drink. The bungalows were spotless, the entertainment was great. Couldn't fault it and would definitely recommend One resort and would go back tomorrow. Ali Baba for all your excursion needs. Had three great mornings on the pirate ship, quads and camels we was well looked after. Enjoy your holiday at One resort, you'll have a ball x

Where do I start. I’d firstly like to say the entertainment team & waiters are amazing. They’re constantly cleaning the hotel too but unfortunately this hotel reminded me of pontins in the sun. A party of 8 stayed, 4 adults & children ages 16,15,5 & turned 1. Food- the Tunisian food was lovely but the English selection wasn’t great. The beans are in a curried sauce. The chicken nuggets cheaper than Iceland. Chips barely cooked & mostly full of oil & usually cold. Pizza barely warm & the cheese wasn’t even melted. The chicken burgers had more breaded coating than chicken. My kids would only eat the pasta but that got repetitive & the last few days just lived off crisps etc from the shop. The high chairs had no straps & we had to try feeding my baby in his pram. The bottoms of the swimming pools was super slippery & seen multiple people falling including myself & children. The pirate ship area was good but always a stench of drainage & never enough space. Rooms - half was new, but flooring was scruffy & scatched. My son’s bed was on top of a lowered dresser so was thinner & shorter than a normal bed. No net curtains in the rooms. The bathroom constantly flooded. Also we was getting electrocuted from the taps rooms 223/234 they fixed it but wasn’t bothered & received no apologies. We had Cockroaches too. Although the mattresses looked new. My niece had bedbugs & also the room they got moved to. We got late checkout & room 277 had bedbugs. I ended up getting the cleaner to spray them .
