Really good green locations in superb building, state of the art cosine with all type of amenities, superb bar with many kinds of liquors best beer and several types of gin. Really good beds with new pillows design. Best place to be in Westfalen

Sauberes Hotel, Fairer Preis, sehr gutes Zimmer. Werde das Hotel gerne wieder buchen.

房間乾淨，停車場免費，樓下旁邊有家超市，很方便購物！不靠着馬路很安靜！唯一不足就是沒有熱水壺，需要自己帶

Sehr kleine, Frühstück übersichtlich, aber sehr freundlicher Empfang

去的時候酒店一樓在搞裝修，環境可想而知，退房的時候電梯還壞了，提着兩個38寸行李下來要了半條小命。隔壁的日料店是中國人廚師，吃的還是自助餐，根本吃不了一半，樣樣都好吃，分量還多，啤酒也不錯。旁邊還有個超市，很方便。走路幾分鐘就到了一個小綠地公園，可以坐坐。房間新裝修的很乾凈，隱隱有新東西的味道，但是我們衹住一晚也無所謂。

We stayed here on our first night in Germany from the U.S. The front desk clerk was very nice and gave us complimentary bottles of sparkling water. Our room was clean with a large bathroom and wonderfully comfy beds. The next morning the free breakfast included was the best ever…nothing like the hotel chain breakfasts in the U.S.

Because of train delays I had to find a hotel in the middle of the night. Crown Select was the third one that I contacted by phone, they asked me to bring 100 euros of cash as a deposit. I explained that I didn't carry that amount of cash with me and that I could pay the hotel bill in advance (by bank-card) but they insisted (policy of that hotel). With a taxi driver i had to find an available ATM / cash machine, which generated a much bigger taxi bill (many cash machines weren't available in Mönchen-Gladbach after 22 o'clock). In my opinion this policy is un-human, un-necessary (people leave their passport not for no reason!!!). un-inviting (especially when in an unpleasant situation at midnight as I was in). THIS SHOULD BE FORBIDDEN. Pity for the hotel - anything else was good - one could skip the over-priced breakfast for 19 euros though.

Location very good! Rooms comfortable but needed a kettle for tea and coffee or even a bottle of water! Breakfast okay but nothing special! Hotel also quite noisy! Small bar on ground floor could do with small snacks! Reception very efficient and friendly

Unkomplizierter Buchungs- und Eincheckprozess, freundliches Personal. Günstig in der Stadt gelegen. Vor dem Haus stehen kostenlose Parkplötze zur Verfügung, die allerdings nicht reserviert werden können und am Wochenende schon mal voll sind. Tiefgarage für 10€/Nacht. Das Zimmer ist luftig, geräuming genug und sauber und gut ausgestattet inklusive Klimaanlage. Die Toilettenspülung erfolgt mit Lichtschranke, was ich als wenig nachhaltig empfand und was auch schon mal versehentlich unnötig auslöste. Was auch störte war die Zimmertür mit relativ starker Schließfeder. So mancher Zeitgenosse hat zuhause Säcke vor den Türen, und der Schließprozess hallt dann durch den ganzen Gang. Gutes Frühstück mit recht breiter Auswahl, kleine Bar in der Lobby. Auschecken war ebenso kein Problem. Alles in allem ein kleines flippiges Hotel mit ordentlichem Ambiente für einen akzeptablen Preis.
