Santa Maria 24

My husband and I visited Monopoli a few weeks ago and stayed here for 5 days. I highly recommend this property. Location was perfect. It was in a nice open space. We had a suite on the 3rd floor which was great to burn off those calories that we are throughout the day. It was spacious, clean and bright. The service was fantastic. This accommodation was much more than I expected. As a curly girl I was excited to see a diffuser with the hair dryer! Slippers and a robe too. They also have a restaurant on site. We looked forward to our morning breakfast. It was a phenomenal way to start our day. In fact I’m still dreaming about that breakfast 😁. I can’t say more about the staff. They were available for questions and advice. Top notch service from the driver to the restaurant staff. We enjoyed your daily chats with them and getting to know them. We rented a car to find our travel needs. They do have a private garage parking lot that’s a 15 minute walk away. Sometimes the driver was available to take us to the garage but don’t expect that service unless you schedule it. I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area. I would stay here again. They have several units available to fit your needs.

Loved the apartment especially the view. It was spacious, kitchen had everything if you were so incline to cook. Shower was great. Check-in was very smooth, very friendly and helpful. Check-out was also smooth and they provided a free ride to the airport. Location was in the middle of old town with plenty of places to walk around and see. Lots of different restaurants and Monopoli was decorated for Christmas which was really neat. Breakfast was just okay.

I don't write a lot of reviews, but I wanted to make sure to tell everyone how wonderful the Santa Maria 24 Apartments and the whole team associated with it are. I had a beautiful apartment overlooking the Adriatic. The apartment was clean and well maintained, large and well-appointed. I honestly think I'd be more than happy living there permanently. In case it matters to you, I'll offer one note of caution: the apartment I was in, the Santa Maria, was on the top floor in a building with no elevator. The walk up could be a challenge after a day of walking and spritzes. But that's hardly a criticism. The restaurant at the site is lovely. Nice breakfast, great for the evening aperitivo. Great soundtrack, by the way. Mostly I just really liked the people. Friendly, helpful, problem-solving, generous with recommendations without being pushy. The laundry service was very much appreciated. I will remember Florinda and Rocco most fondly as I recall my time in Monopoli.
