Santa Maria 24

Loved the apartment especially the view. It was spacious, kitchen had everything if you were so incline to cook. Shower was great. Check-in was very smooth, very friendly and helpful. Check-out was also smooth and they provided a free ride to the airport. Location was in the middle of old town with plenty of places to walk around and see. Lots of different restaurants and Monopoli was decorated for Christmas which was really neat. Breakfast was just okay.

Grest experience! Very clean. Reception staff always available. Breakfast was great with huge variety. Also had a private parking garage which was convenient. Rocco was also very nice to give our family a ride to parking garage. Beautiful quiet spot in Monopoli

I don't write a lot of reviews, but I wanted to make sure to tell everyone how wonderful the Santa Maria 24 Apartments and the whole team associated with it are. I had a beautiful apartment overlooking the Adriatic. The apartment was clean and well maintained, large and well-appointed. I honestly think I'd be more than happy living there permanently. In case it matters to you, I'll offer one note of caution: the apartment I was in, the Santa Maria, was on the top floor in a building with no elevator. The walk up could be a challenge after a day of walking and spritzes. But that's hardly a criticism. The restaurant at the site is lovely. Nice breakfast, great for the evening aperitivo. Great soundtrack, by the way. Mostly I just really liked the people. Friendly, helpful, problem-solving, generous with recommendations without being pushy. The laundry service was very much appreciated. I will remember Florinda and Rocco most fondly as I recall my time in Monopoli.

We had a lovely stay at the Santa Maria 24. The hosts brothers Walter and Andrea were lovely as was the young woman that helped every morning but unfortunately I cannot recall her name. Our rooms were small but very comfortable and clean and the bathroom was modern . We had side-view rooms overlooking the square and even though there was a big town celebration going on when we were there and a lot of noisy people on the streets and in the square when you had your patio doors closed it was pretty quiet and sound proof. Breakfast was nice, after 3 weeks of making choices it was nice not have to make a decision here. Fresh juice, fruit, coffee, croissants, cake, bread, local cheese, meat were laid out for us and the only question was whether we wanted eggs as well and what kind of coffee we preferred. It was close to everything, with the beach righteous side our door. The restaurants they recommended were also very good with the Osteria Al Duoma being our favourite. The room, the service and the food were all amazing. We also went to Al Vaporetto and while what we ordered was good, it is more casual. We would definitely recommend the Santa Maria 24

Fantastic experience, can't recommend enough. Beautiful spacious and restful rooms with lovely light (in a town where windows are typically small and rooms can be dim). Great air con during a heat wave. Super comfortable and spacious bed, mini kitchen etc. Fantastic hosts/staff - perfect English, extremely helpful and friendly, right from when I booked and emailed with lots of questions. Great location, right near the water and just off the very busy main street which made it much quieter than the other accommodation I had stayed in beforehand. Gorgeous little laneway where we had breakfast (which included everything from bacon to chocolate croissants to fresh fruit to the cakes that you can watch them cook in the morning). And a wonderful restaurant in the little courtyard. Ask for the Hugo spritz. Grazie mille!

While we have not stayed here as yet, others who have, report it's an outstanding facility. We have however partaken of their buffet breakfast several times and found it outstanding, the best by far we have found in the city. The people who run and serve at this beautiful venue are quite excellent. Thank you.
