The hallway that divides the three bedrooms preserves the original decorated brick floor. From here, a French window leads to a small terrace equipped with table and sun beds. Relaxation area with sofas on the front of the house; from here you can enjoy the view of the pool (mt 10x4) situated in a position overlooking the typical Apulian countryside with olive and fruit trees. Near the pool there is also a patio with sofas and large table, barbecue and wood-burning oven. Private parking and automatic gate.
