Holiday Inn Express & Suites Williamstown - Glassboro

My stay at the hotel was nice. The girl at the front desk was great at helping with accommodations. The pool was a less than desirable as it was hot, wet floors with dryers all over causing obstructions to watching my day in the pool. The included breakfast would have been amazing if the coffee was not completely empty. I would definitely book this hotel again with the few inconveniences.

Staff was great and helpful. Room was very nice and clean. However, the locals who live there were not as pleasant.

This hotel was ridiculously dirty. They had no clean towels or sheets. Literally, the sheets on the bed when we arrived were DIRTY. It was horrible. We went to Walmart and bought new sheets, because it was Labor Day weekend and we couldn’t find anywhere else to stay. We’re in this area several times per year for hockey, but we will never return to this hotel. In fact, the experience was so awful, we are shopping for RVs, so we can avoid hotel stays all together.

Generally our go to place when visiting but this hotel visit was horrible first night I thought I seen something but wasn’t sure the second night I was watching tv a bug ran between my wife and I I killed it and reported to desk the second night all heck broke out bugs where everywhere we moved rooms my wife had to ask for cleaning supplies and vacuum room by this time it was 5-6 in morning no sleep check out pictures manager came in that morning move us to a third room better but floor had hair on it WOW exhausted we thought after checking out we would be offered a comp on our room but management did give us 10 thousand points.

I just left after a 4 night stay at this Holiday Inn and Suites. I do not have one negative comment to make. I stayed in a king room with a walk in shower. The shower enclosure has a metal lip at the bottom so if u need a wheel in shower I would check. First the hotel appears to be very well maintained and very clean. My room furniture was all in very good condition. My bed was straightened daily and I received fresh towels daily, something a lot of hotels do not do anymore. The body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion are all in bottles on the wall. My room was just off the lobby and was very quiet. There is an indoor pool I did not use, but it appeared in good shape. The breakfast which is included in ur room price was surprisingly good. Make ur own pancakes, 2 types of sausage or a bacon and sausage. Premade omelets and scrambled eggs, yogurt, a few cereals. Enough to get ur day started. The room clerks were all polite and professional. I did think the room was a little pricey for the area, but it is much better rated than other area hotels.

I am writing to express my frustration with the housekeeping service during my recent stay at your establishment. Despite the "Do Not Disturb" sign being placed on my door, the housekeeping staff entered my room and cleaned it anyway. This was not only an invasion of my privacy, but it also disrupted my much-needed rest and relaxation. I had specifically placed the sign on the door to ensure that I would not be disturbed, and I expect that request to be respected. I hope you will take immediate action to address this issue and ensure that your housekeeping staff respects the privacy and wishes of your guests in the future.

Our check-in was fair, the desk clerk wasn't very friendly and it seemed like it was an inconvenience to come out from the back to assign us our room and keys. The room was fine, it was clean and the bedding was confortable, and bathroom was adequate, but not the caliber one would expect at $250.00 a night. The security was poor and it became apparent that the staff did not have any emergency or security protocols in place, as in the morning we checked out and discovered that my son's vehicle had been struck in the parking lot. We were told that the cameras were not working or they did not record activity. The staff seemed complacent and we had to call the police ourselves. The hotel never contacted us nor showed any concern at all. We will not stay there again and would not recommend this hotel to anyone else.

My Wife and I have been staying at the Holiday Inn express while waiting to move into our home. We have been treated with such care and respect by all the staff. The manager Tom and his wife have been wonderful. The Hotel accommodations are excellent. Rooms are clean and have everything you need for a pleasant stay. I highly recommend this Hotel if you need a comfortable place to stay. Dennis M

The hotel was in proper order. The staff was friendly, especially Khush and Steve. They were warm, friendly and loved their job. The room was clean and comforting. Breakfast was great and the check-in process was efficient and speedy.
