Montagu Springs Resort

Staying for two nights in early March was great. It wasn't too busy but it wasn't dead quiet either which was nice. The staff is friendly and helpful and the unit was well equipped and relatively comfortable. The double bed mattress in the main bedroom was worn out and not comfortable at all as one side sank in giving no support. While a minor gripe, the couches are not the most comforable for when you do decide to chill indoors. Other than that the experience was wonderful. We spent most of our time in the heated/warm pool.

Myself and family was there for almost a week, the service is so bad, we wanted a change in bedding and one of the staff said we must first wash the bedding and provide them with the wet beddings before we can have clean ones, the biledding don't smell clean sheets and pillow cases looks yellow witch suppose to be white, we must walk up and down for clean towels and other needed , when I ask the lady for towels and why the staff don't provide us with clean towels, do we need to walk so up and down for towels etc, she told me , we have 96 units and staff don't have time to do that, they incompetent, if you one a question the next one say otherwise, I can go on and on, I really enjoy the garden, the pool are was an disaster, they allow people were drinking in their pool while we were swimming you just smell drunk people in the pool, I will never go to Josmont heights again and will never recommend anyone there, very disappointed, and the place don't come cheap, what a waste our money and time.

We had a nice time...apart from Aircon not working ,,,and we needed it . Becoming a bit expensive now, like a 4 star hotel would charge. Still had a lot of fun.
