The new management remodeled the whole appearance of the premises as well as the rooms with new furnitures and appliances. Additionally, the rates are very competitive for its close location near to WDC and to government facilities. I highly recommend it

Quick place to stop for the night in a hurry close to the highway and restaurant. Online checkin/checkout OK and easy. Sketchy on everything else: Animal scratching noises in the wall, funky smells, dirty entry and halls, old stained furniture, dirty doors, leaky faucets… just run down and not well maintained. Sheets and toilet were clean, floor had been mopped over but then we saw a nasty old mop & bucket in the hall so that explained one weird smell in the room. ****, cigarettes, curry, sweat, musty, old carpet smells… use your imagination!

The entire establishment is a hot mess. Should be shut down and remodeled completely. Rooms are dirty, nothing works, lock latches hanging off, no electricity, dirty tubs, dirty toilets, filthy carpets and chairs, roaches. I guess you get what you pay for. Terrible experience and never again.

This was the absolute most awful experience of my life. My children are traumatized. It started bad instantly with the front desk worker taking a nap when we walked in. We got a room and when we walked in, somebody was sleeping there. We got another room on the other side and immediately smelled smoke and mold/mildew. Inside of our new room, the carpet was soaking wet and roaches were running wild. The carpets and furniture were stained and smelled horrible. My children were tired and crying because they did not want to sleep there. We left and got a full refund. Absolutely no hospitality. No apology, no offer to make anything better. This place is hell on earth. RUN, don’t walk, away from this place.

Smell, property maintenance, cleanliness made this overnight stay the last. The rooms were in poor condition, furniture dirty, wall receptacles rusted and some broken. Noise from other rooms showers, toilets loud throughout evening.

Worlds apart from other Days Inns I have experienced. The dude at reception doesn't even talk to you, he sits in the back on his Nintendo Switch and gives you a momentary glance as you leave, presumably unwilling to listen to inevitable complaints about the insects, the shower that doesn't work, the holes in the walls, the missing light bulbs, the overwhelming smell of damp and the fact that "breakfast" is a coffee machine, no food whatsoever. That this hovel bears the name of a major hotel chain is an absolute disgrace. It's the kind of place you expect to see on 'hotels from hell' documentaries.

This is the worst; most filthy Hotel I have ever seen in my life. It should not be open for business. It's disgusting from the time you walk in. I asked for a FULL refund & left to find another Hotel.

The room was as clean as it could be, there were only two cleaning people for the whole place, the entrance to the second floor has a broken lock so anyone could go in and out, did not feel safe there but they do not offer refunds of any kind, so I was stuck staying there. The shower dripped the whole time, so sleeping was hard, even though the sheets seamed clean I used my own blanket and pillow and washed them when I left. I have stayed and numerous Days Inn on the east coast and they have all been fine. Yes the building is old, and needs updating but people should feel safe and not have to listen to the shower dripping all night. The hall was smelled like mildew probably due to water damage and age, definitely not a place to do long stays, overnight if need just to rest but then move on, just very disappointing considering the company they are affiliated with.

We killed a roach in our room which wreaked! Disgusting Hotel! The breakfast was disappointing! Do not stay here! Very disappointing. If we hadn’t unpacked our vehicle when we arrived we would have rather slept in our vehicle. Lesson learned for next time.
