Roots é aquele resort que te faz sentir em outro país com seu estilo americano. Que lugar sensacional! Atendimento maravilhoso, hotel super grande e com muitas atividades ao ar livre, os quartos são bem grandes e super confortáveis (com cama aquecida!) sem contar o café da manhã que é surreal de bom! Tivemos uma experiência maravilhosa e já deixou saudades!

Tudo impecável. Acomodação incrível e super privativa. Lazer completo, cafe da manhã excelente e comida impecável tanto no restaurante, quanto no serviço de bar da piscina. Atendimento de todos muito atenciosos e atentos aos detalhes.

Visitei o hotel para dias de descanso com meu marido. Desde a chegada me surpreendi com a estrutura, a receptividade dos funcionários e a atmosfera casual com decoração sofisticada e aconchegante! O restaurante é ótimo mas também aproveitamos as opções de Monte Verde visto que o hotel fica muito bem localizado! Queremos voltar em breve!

Roots é meu hotel favorito no Brasil. Faço questão de vir pelo menos 2x por ano, de tão especial que é esse lugar. Conforto, natureza, paz… Tudo muito bem cuidado e pensado pela equipe do Roots. Café da manhã excelente, quartos impecáveis. Me sinto em casa estando aqui. Um abraço especial para o Alexandro e para a Sophia que sempre são tão queridos com a gente. Amanda e Vinícius (o careca kkk).

Nos faltam palavras para falar sobre o Roots Resort! Impecável em todos os aspectos. Os quartos são incríveis, super equipados e com secador de cabelo bom (rss). A área de laser é muito bem preparada com várias quadras, bicicleta, sauna… atividades para fazer o dia todo! A localização é excelente, do lado do centrinho e pode fazer tudo apé! O café da manhã é 10/10!! Voltaremos mais vezes com certeza!

Tudo impecável como sempre! Minha segunda vez no hotel e indico de olhos fechados. Ficamos dessa vez no chalé com hidro, roupa de cama e banho tudo Trouseau. Manta aquecedora na cama, mimo no quarto. Funcionarios muito solicitos e bem humorados. Café da manhã melhor da vida! Não dá vontade de sair de dentro do hotel pra nada. ♥️ Já quero voltar em breve!

Fiquei simplesmente encantada com esse hotel! Desde o atendimento super cordial e atencioso de toda a equipe, até os cantinhos decorados com muito charme e um aroma agradável em todos os ambientes! O quarto era limpo e muito aconchegante, e a culinária surpreendente, com um café da manhã cheio de opções, inclusive veganas, sem glúten e sem lactose! Os pratos que pedimos de almoço e jantar no restaurante estavam deliciosos. Amei a academia bem equipada, a massagem no SPA e a variedade de atividades para fazer ao ar livre. Só tenho elogios, minha experiência foi incrível e já quero voltar mais vezes!

Minha experiência no Roots Resort foi simplesmente inesquecível. A arquitetura impecável, em total harmonia com a natureza, cria um ambiente sofisticado e acolhedor. A cama deliciosa, com enxoval impecável, garantiu noites de sono perfeitas – um verdadeiro abraço de conforto. E o café da manhã… que espetáculo! Tudo fresco, preparado com carinho, em um cenário que convida a desacelerar e aproveitar cada momento. Saí com vontade de voltar. Um refúgio elegante, onde cada detalhe faz a diferença! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Experiência INCRÍVEL! Fui com minha mãe e minha avó de 84 anos. Achei a estrutura do lugar ótima para todas as idades, incluindo minha avó. Localização do resort maravilhosa, dentro da cidade e perto da rua principal. Academia incrível e parte de lazer dentro do resort também. Todos que nos atenderam foram MUITO solícitos! Cama deliciosa e café da manhã 10/10. Ah, única coisa: em janeiro CHOVE então gostaria de voltar em outra oportunidade com mais “sol”. Não atrapalhou o passeio porém chuva limita algumas coisas.
