Fabulous hotel. Just returned from a stay here and would throughly recommend. All staff were welcoming polite and went out of their way to make your stay comfortable. Front of house staff wonderful particularly Sergio who went out of his way to help us however he could. Room’s adequate and cleaned well they had a small fridge and air con which was much needed in the August heat. Breakfast food tasty with enough to choose from. Wonderful location for day trips to Florence and Pisa.Will definitely return.

Good location some 10 min walk to hot spring and center. Ambitious interior with elegant old style furniture. Pool is nice but not heated so the water is a rather cold in July. Very difficult parking in the basement.Pillars are obstructing movement of even small car so you need time and patient to get out not scratching sides.

We absolutely loved our time at this this hotel. It’s a very charming hotel - I really couldn’t ask for anything more. Our room was a good size and comfortable. The bathroom had ample space for our stuff, and the shower was a great size. There were outlets on either side of the bed so my husband and I could both charge our phones and such overnight. Housekeeping staff was phenomenal and fast! We’d go downstairs for a bit, come back, and our room would be done! Only quirk about the room (and truly not a big deal) as this is the first hotel I experienced where the lights would only work with your room key. I usually use an empty gift card, but the lights wouldn’t work with this. We had a small balcony with a great view. The included breakfast was ample and tasty. The pastries varied from day to day. Restaurant staff was friendly and accommodating. We ate in the hotel restaurant 3 nights (2 or which were included in our Cosmos tours), and all meals were very good. The bartender was friendly and efficient; loved sitting on the terrace at night with our group and enjoying the music and a few beverages. The front desk staff was always friendly and helpful. Nice pool area. I would highly recommend this hotel. It’s not fancy, but it’s extremely comfortable and the staff is wonderful.

Quaint hotel with cozy comfort. I am diabetic so breakfast was a challenge. There were many pastries, meats, and fruit. Dining alfresco was lovely. There is a pool, and it seemed dogs were allowed in the rooms. If you are an opera fan on Tuesday evenings in September and October there is a concert at the hotel, 20 euros. They sand the most favorite arias and some Neapolitan songs.

I was part of a tour group that used this hotel for its base of operations on the eight day tour. The room was typical European room, small compared to American standards. You have to remember that some of the luxuries that you find in hotels in the United States are not found overseas. This room had a bed, dresser, stand up closet, and television. No fridge or coffee maker. My room did have a nice balcony which overlooked a small courtyard and the city park so I could sit and watch the people pass by. Nothing special at all, but it served the purpose of having somewhere to shower and sleep at night.
