This hotel was incredible!!! Extremely comfortable beds!!! Beautiful rooms. The food was unreal!!! 24/7 food including room service and a **** chicken cart that is out of this world!!! Only problem I had was my tub not being cleaned out when I asked or my mini bar being stocked.

Absolutely amazing. The room was very clean. The food at the different restaurants were just…PERFECT. Everything was PERFECT. I think the thing that stood out the most for me was how friendly each and every staff was. I definitely once felt like I was bothering anyone by asking questions about my stay. I will definitely book here again.

Front desk receptionist Kimara was absolutely great. When you first arrive they give you a glass of champagne. My room was beautiful (just wish it was directly in front of the ocean view instead of a side view). The only thing I wasn't happy with is my $200 credit. I called the day before my departure to get a massage and no one answered. And you can't use your credit next time, so that sucks. Other than that, the food was great, the people were great and I'll be back next year God's willing.

The hotel is on a beautiful well maintained property, the room was clean and spacious, staff were generally welcoming with exception for the odd 1 or 2 interactions. However major improvement is required for the checking in process, I stood for 45 minutes waiting to be checked in, this is my second visit, the 1st was long as well but not as long as this occasion. The customer service agent was apologetic and also gave us a bottle of wine for the delay. I found the food at the main buffet area was quite limited, pasta station had for protein only seafood mix, entertainment was next to non- existing, not much excitement on the beach or pool, sport bar is a no as well Overall it is a nice property, but not much to do within the property, it was good for relaxation.
