Best Western de Anza Inn

很好的酒店。位置靠近機場，温馨且乾淨，設施都比較新。 前台女士熱情禮貌，房間寬敞，孩子喜歡。 早餐是標準美式的，除了咖啡和麪包還有華夫餅。整體性價比高，推薦。

The hotel is a reasonable stop. A 'get what you pay for hotel' In my opinion it could do with a bit of an update, it just looks a bit old and worn. The bed was comfortable enough and the room had a bit of space too it which was good but again was a bit tired. My main gripe with this hotel was the breakfast, it was basic at best and the hotel sausage/egg/bacon rolls weren't the best, I did like the pancake machine though. There is plenty of parking around the hotel, we never struggled for a space regardless of what time we were coming and going. The pool although it did the trick was a bit on the small size. Something I do want to mention was the staff, they were brilliant, honestly so friendly, so very helpful and polite, the hotel should be proud of their staff I couldn't complain about them at all. There is a Dennys next door if you want an evening meal that's less than a minute walk from the front door so there's no need to drive, there's also Monterey Town/aquarium and a few nice beaches a few minutes drive from the hotel. My kids loved your Fish in the lobby that's a really nice touch!

Our room here was clean and comfortable. There was no air conditioning, but there was a fan, and the window was able to be opened a few inches, so with the weather being cool, we were comfortable. We loved the chalkboard in the lobby that listed the names of the dogs staying at the hotel. Breakfast was okay; it was a little limited and repetitive, but what they had was good.

the carpet was flitty and disgusting. Our feet are all black due to dirtiness. I have informed the front desk that they should either change the carpet or have some professional come and do the deep cleaning. the breakfast was good, the person who was preparing the breakfast was very polite

This was my first time trying a road trip with my two little dogs, and the hotel was very accommodating and welcoming and made this as convenient as possible for us. We didn't ever feel like we were disturbing non pet guests. IIf you are traveling with a pet I recommend Best Western!

Clean spacious rooms, comfortable beds. Very good location near stores, close to Carmel-by-the-Sea by car. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We would stay here again. The breakfast was okay, but there is a Denny’s right next door.

Everything here was wonderful. Great customer service, nice rooms, amazing water pressure in the shower, breakfast was wonderful. Especially the pancakes!
