The hotel is very old, old. Simple and without technology. Bad internet and tv, not good! The politeness of the owner is very bad. He interrupted us during breakfast, beginning of breakfast to check documents! Absurd! Unkind! Why didn't he approach us after breakfast or before when we entered? No education! Besides that, he kept talking on the phone mentioning that there were Latinos there and he needed to check documents! Even after I showed him that the documents I gave him were valid in all of Europe! After he took xerox copies of the documents, he kept suspecting something. Calling the local police. In short, it was very rude and embarrassing. I checked and showed him the information on reliable sites! Even so, half an hour went by with him rudely embarrassing us during breakfast and in front of other people who were there. Anyway, about the quality of the breakfast is also bad, no variety, no investment. Artificial milk and coffee. We don't like that! Especially in this region where natural milk is very good. Why not offer it? They didn't have the local cold cuts and breads. It is not worth the breakfast or staying in this hotel. Because the reciprocity of the education we had and consideration was not the same from him! In addition, there are several doors that one has to open and close all the time to enter or leave the hotel to get to the room. In other words, during the stay that still exists this hotel becomes impractical because there is no alcohol anywhere and you are forced to keep touching different doors and doorknobs. There is no minibar in the rooms. I would never go back! An unpleasant experience! Especially because of the rudeness of the gentleman at breakfast who owns the place. Not responsive and disorganized.

Typische Fattoria in der Toskana, mit dem Charme eines alten Ansitzes. Sehr zuvorkommende Gastgeber mit vielen nützlichen Hinweisen für den Aufenthalt. Zimmer wie erwartet mit „normalem“ Komfort. Gut sortiertes Frühstück mit frisch zubereitetem Kaffee. Strategisch gute Lage für Besuche weiterer Sehenswürdigkeiten. 3 Auto-Minuten zum Castello Monteriggioni (lohnt sich). 17 zum Bahnhof Siena (dort ins Parkhaus und mit Rolltreppen in die Altstadt). Ausgangspunkt auch Richtung Chianti.

In ottima posizione per visitare Monteriggioni dista solo 5 minuti in macchina. Vicino alla zona industriale di Badessa. Parcheggio privato sia per auto e furgoni. Bellissimo prato con piscina fuori terra non provata causa la mia visita in febbraio. Personale gentile e sempre disponibile. Camera pulita molto curata e tipica di un vecchio casale. Molto tipico anni 1900 la struttura interna sala colazioni. Facile da raggiungere vicina molti ristoranti/ pizzeria anche tipici dove gustare i magnifici PICI. Consiglio sicuramente e spero di ritornare nel 2024 quando sarò in zona per Lavoro. In primavera/ estate dal mio punto di vista è una favola. Unica pecca ma mio avviso dato che ero l'unico ospite della struttura in febbraio di mercoledì la colazione con solo una misera brioches. Ma ripeto la struttura era vuota il periodo febbraio e in metà alla settimana. Va valutato in mesi diversi. Ripeto molto tipico e bello sembra di fare un tuffo nel passato anni 1900 . Consiglio.

Ottimo pernottamento con colazione per una notte in pieno relax.. struttura defilata, ma a due passi da Monteriggioni e a poca distanza da Siena. La camera che ci è stata assegnata era di livello superiore rispetto a quella prenotata, grande e accogliente. Ottima per qualità del sonno e per temperatura ambientale, regolabile in autonomia. Bel bagno, ottimo set cortesia e spugne da bagno. Zona circostante molto tranquilla e silenziosa, anche all'interno della struttura era tutto molto tranquillo... sembrava di essere soli! Ambienti molto belli in stile toscano, molto curati e puliti. Bellissimo camino da poterci stare dentro, stile antica Toscana, spettacolare! Splendida colazione! All'esterno un grande giardino con parcheggio, in estate è tutto sicuramente splendido... mi piacerebbe tornare

Immerso nella tranquillità, il Casone è un luogo adatto per famiglie. Si trova in un punto strategico per visitare Siena, san gimignano, Volterra e colline senesi. Impeccabile la pulizia e la cortesia dei proprietari. Lo consiglio a tutti e ci tornerei volentieri Buono il rapporto qualità prezzo
