The receptionist & the staffs are friendly. Only that some of the informations need to ensure the accuracy. Overall they are very helpful.

Excellent location. That’s it. Restaurant downstairs very noisy… not the customers but from the staff loading dishwashers and banging and clashing about at 10pm at night. Room very basic Monterosso in general very expensive Limited beach area unless you want to pay 20€ per sunbed per day. Roof Terrace was not set up as per the photos online you had to get your buffet breakfast and just take it upstairs to sit on the terrace yourself.

The location of the hotel was great. The rooms were modest but fine. Food was fine. When we arrived, one of our two rooms was very hot and the air conditioning was broken which forced us to cram into one room. The next day the air conditioning was fixed. When we checked out, we requested that the room with the broken air conditioning be comped or discounted however, the response from the hotel was “you can just open a window for cool air” instead of taking care of the customers request and ended up charging us full price for the room. The staff was short and abrupt when responding to our requests with the ac. If you want a great location right on the beach, this is the place for you but take into consideration the staff accommodating the customers because we didn’t feel that they took care of us to the best of their ability.

We had a lovely stay in this hotel. Conveniently located close to restaurants, beach & shops but not too much foot traffic. Very flat & no hills! This town was our favourite out of the 5 cinque Terre villages as it was the largest, flattest & had a nice sandy beach 👌 Our breakfast was nice on the roof top. Room was very nice, clean & comfortable. Nice balcony area, staff friendly & helpful. Only downside was the bathroom was very small & toilet was way too close to the basin - poor design. Needed a shelf in the shower.

Street bar it says on the menus! Not welcoming service. We had lunch here, (help us god) It was awful. One pizza cotto got pizza crudo, big difference, nobody said a word, we didnt know if that were there cotto, (found out on the receipt cus it said crudo) the pizza tasted just like a pre-made pizza that you buy in the big supermarket stores and toss it in the microwave. I wanted i sallad, ordered tonno. Boring and tasteless. Even when sprinkled olio and vinegar salt peppar on it. Felt like a sallad from plastic box. poor and sad choices of ingredients, when italy has one of the worlds greatest cuisine. Price: wasent cheap we dont remember i guess cus we didnt want to accept the fact that we spent our money on this place. Very bad! We dont recommend this place cus it has nothing to do with good or italian cuisine.

The room was pretty dirty; hair on the toilet seat and the floors, mold in the shower, door frame and the ceiling… Staff didn’t seem to want to work (we were waiting for help at the front desk but they preferred to finish their cigarette before coming over…). Would recommend staying elsewhere.

Upon arrival, nothing worked! The safety box did not work so we had to hide our passports prior to going out. Came back to the room to retrieve our passports to find they had fallen down the side of the wardrobe and unable to be retried until the staff had to unscrew the doors! The water in the shower would not drain. There was no plug in the hand basin to capture water. When asked for compensation they refused outright! Absolutely loved Cinque Terre and would definitely be back but not at this hotel.

Great location, service and room with sea view. Breakfast is included and was served on rooftop - gorgeous view. Overall service was very helpful and friendly. Rooms very clean and beds very comfortable. Loved the location, close to train station.

We booked a last minute trip to Italy and we were happy to find somewhere in Monterosso that would accommodate a party of 4, and be close to the beach. The larger rooms/apartments are located in a back building but only a minute away. The room was spacious and clean. The shower smaller than a cruise ship but the rest of the bathroom was fine. Breakfast included -though nothing exciting. The location of the hotel is great. Close to restaurants, the beach and the train station. Would stay here again.
