Borgo Divino

It’s hard to explain how beautiful, peaceful and relaxing this place is. We stayed for two nights and will never forget Borgo Divino. The staff were welcoming, the food was amazing, the wines were delicious and most importantly the setting is just breathtaking. We booked and did the wine tour with the Head Waiter, Danni, which was very interesting and great to sample their signature wines with some food at the end. We couldn’t recommend Borgo Divino highly enough!

The grounds are very nice. We are staying at the executive suite with a private terrace. As with the grounds the room is fairly nice, but left a bit to be desired. The screen to the terrace is ripped and won’t close allowing insects into the room. May seem small but for the price of the suite we would expect better than a room filled with insects. Our true disappointment is with the restaurant. We absolutely would never frequent the establishment again. Multiple people were seated after us (we had a scheduled reservation) and were able to order and were served before us. The feeling was quite rude and for an “upscale” establishment it was done in poor taste. The appetizer was a tortino di potate e tartufo si crema pecorino which had a terrible consistency and was warm in the middle and cold on the outside. And the second course of frito del fattore was completely inedible. Both pasta dishes were decent to eat but certainly not what one would expect for a place like borgo divino. Honestly would never eat at the restaurant again and all in all would not choose to stay at borgo divino again.

We had a wonderful stay at gorgeous Borgo Divino. The staff are incredibly helpful, especially Dani, and the views are spectacular. The room was clean and comfortable, food and wine were delish, and we were close enough to surrounding areas for day trips to Florence and Pisa. Would highly recommend!

We spent a day in their beautiful pool. Very nice and relaxing atmosphere. The staff was very kind and helpful.Food needs to be improved. We also tested two of their wines and found them pleasant and balanced.

È un borgo stupendo: location 10, ristorante 10, cortesia 10. Le camere sono spaziose e pulite, il panorama è mozzafiato. La piscina è un un angolo di paradiso. Si mangia davvero divinamente. C’è un mini parcogiochi per bambini e un orticello i cui pomodori sono strepitosi!!! A voler trovare dei difetti… 1) cercherei di rendere “più privati” (magari con cespugli..) i patii che in realtà sono tutti comunicanti, diversamente da quanto descritto nel sito dell’agriturismo. 2) manca il frigorifero in camera (e d’estate è una vera mancanza!) 3) renderei un po’ più luminose le camere.. Stra consigliatissimo!!!

Fin dal momento del check-in siamo stati accolti con sorriso sia dalla ragazza del ricevimento che dal personale di sala. L’Hotel è bellissimo e situato in una zona tranquilla con una vista bellissima sulle colline del Chianti. La piscina è a sfioro e permette anche questa di avere una vista mozzafiato sul panorama toscano. Le camere sono belle, spaziose e confortevoli sotto ogni punto di vista. Abbiamo soggiornato per due giorni e abbiamo anche cenato entrambe le sere grazie alla qualità dei prodotti e alla professionalità del personale di sala. Un ringraziamento speciale a Dany che oltre ad averci coccolato durante le cene e le colazioni, ha anche fatto da guida per la visita in cantina e per la degustazione di vino e prodotti del territorio! Complimenti a tutti, torneremo sicuramente e trovarvi.
