Service is top notch and people are very friendly. Inside and outside are extremely clean and everything was in the room that I needed. They offer a washer and dryer which is extremely nice if you want to do your own laundry while you're there.

The room was great, very clean and comfortable. The owners were friendly and very polite. I would definitely recommend this Inn to family and friends. Montezuma and Oglethorpe have great dining experiences and friendly people everywhere we went. Grocery store right beside the Inn, country living. Beautiful homes and scenery. Definitely eat at the Yonder’s Restaurant ! Thank you so much for everything! Loved it!

We had made a reservation here because we were visiting the Andersonville National Cemetery not far away. We arrived in the late afternoon, oddly the doors of the rooms on the upper floor were open, we thought they were being aired out. At the office there was no one there, and a sign that said back in 15 minutes with a phone number to call. We called, got a very rude person who hung up on us. At that point, we cancelled the reservation and stayed elsewhere. What hotel manager leaves rooms open when there is no management on site?

Upon arrival, no one was around for quite a while for us to be able to check in. Rang two different buzzers many times. NO ANSWER. Finally, a woman outside came in, opened a room behind the lobby desk and summoned someone to check us in. This morning, we were supposed to be able to get a continental breakfast/coffee. The doors to the lobby were locked. We tried all the way until 9:00 a.m. We couldn't even return the keys or get a receipt because, once again, no one was at the desk and no one answered when the buzzer was pushed. LOBBY DOORS WERE LOCKED. As customers, we absolutely did not feel valued.

We found this motel close to our tourist stop and since it was late decided to stay. We are glad we did. The building is old but very clean and well cared for. The bed was comfortable and everything was great. The lady who checked us in was super nice, she even met us at the door of our room as we drove to the closest parking lot to make sure we found it easily. She even came into the room for one final inspection to make sure it met our approval. Everything was nice and quiet. The place wasn’t full. No blaring TVs from other rooms, no partying or loud music in the parking lot no elephants tromping around the room upstairs. All in all it has earned high marks from me. Although it was advertised, there was no breakfast, just coffee. But that wasn’t a deal breaker.

I want to thank America's Best Value Inn for another comfortable night? It's always good to come home to visit, and stay at a local business that's gracious and caring? They know you by name and make you feel welcome to their establishment. Your room is always clean and fully equipped. The new renovations and upgrades are sure to please ! This is my only stop when I need to book a reservation. Management is great!!! Please don't overlook America's Best Value Inn in Montezuma, GA. when you're passing thru? You could miss a great night's sleep! See you next time!

Our stay at Americus Best Value Inn was fantastic. Right from the start, the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious, spotless, and comfortable, featuring a wonderfully soft bed and a good TV. We also enjoyed the pleasant view from our window. The breakfast offerings were varied and delicious, providing plenty of tasty choices. The hotel's location was ideal, situated close to all the attractions we wanted to visit. Overall, we had an excellent experience and a wonderful time. We highly recommend this place!

We had an awesome stay at Americus Best Value Inn from the get-go, the staff were super nice and helpful. The room was big, clean, and comfy with a really cozy bed and a nice TV. The view from our window was pretty cool too. We loved the breakfast – lots of tasty options to choose from. The location was perfect, close to everything we wanted to see. Overall, it was a great place to stay, and we had a fantastic time. Definitely recommend it!

Anytime we come through for work we always stay here. The management and staff are amazing and always do their best to accommodate us. (We work nights.. we wanted to sleep during the day and have our room cleaned after 4.. which they were happy to help) The rooms are super clean. You can walk next door to get groceries, alcohol, and supplies. We wash our laundry there. And, theres 3 or 4 places to eat that you can walk to also. You couldn't ask for a better place!! Their new beds are also soooo comfortable. I couldn't be happier
