Our stay at Casita Sollevante was incredible, the accommodation was very clean, a beautiful view of the Pacific Ocean, had two out door pools that were great for relaxing in. The complete staff treated us very well throughout our stay. The food and drinks are very good. The short drive down the hill into Montezuma is easy, though you certainly want a car as it is a steady incline from the town up to the resort. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

We recently spent a week in the Pool Villa at Casitas Sollevante, and we loved it! Varina was so kind and helpful. She would check in periodically to make sure we were happy. We really appreciated that! We arrived later in the in the evening, after a long day of traveling. They kept the restaurant open, and fed us a delicious meal. That was so kind of them. All the staff was really amazing. The view of the ocean is gorgeous . The pools are wonderful, and the grounds are lush. Beautiful birds are abundant, and we loved hearing the howlers in the trees. The road up is bumpy, so best to have a suv to get there. But once you are there, away from downtown, you are in heaven. We will definitely be back next year, and we can’t wait. Thank you!

A truly beautiful place to stay with unbeatable views. The hotel itself is incredibly quiet and peaceful, and the casitas are well kept and well equipped. Staff presence is fairly limited, meaning there are periods of time when there is no one there so we were unable to get drinks or order taxis. Be aware the hotel is a 20 min walk up an extremely steep hill from the Montezuma town - cars or taxis are essential (and some nights it's close to impossible to get a taxi back).

Casitas in a step walk up the hill, but taxi was easy to get and the view was worth it. the chef was excellent and we are real foodies. The staff was so responsive, helpful and kind. The sky at night was spectacular and the both pools were often quiet and we had to ourselves! Rooms are comfortable and well set up with refrigerator, great air conditioning.

After our first stay 4 years ago we returned expecting the same great experience. But we were disappointed. We were greeted upon arrival and told we were staying in an apartment “down the road”. The lady checking us in then led us carrying our bags down a hill, across a creek, up a hill, across another houses patio, onto a road and then finally to our place. What a horrible welcome. The room was no where near the same quality as the room we had last time. It was remote, no hot water and the electric stopped if you plugged in the coffee maker. The website claims the apartments to have an ocean view, but I can verify they do not. In general do not book here if they want to put you in the apartments down the road. On a plus side the restaurant is now open for dinner and the pool and grounds are as lovely as ever. We feel we were baited by the nice accommodations and switched to an inferior, inaccessible room.

Casitas Sollevante è una struttura veramente eccezionale. Meravigliosa atmosfera, piscine a sfioro con panorama mozzafiato, giardino curato con la massima attenzione. Ampia scelta per la colazione, freschissima, preparata al momento e tutto accompagnato con macedonia di frutta freschissima e succo di frutta. Le camere sono ampie, pulitissime e luminose con una bellissima vetrata panoramica. Bagni ampi, doccia veramente suggestiva e letto grande e comodo. Se passate a Montezuma, è un posto da non perdere assolutamente. Casitas Sollevante ci è rimasta nel cuore. Grazie a Giacomo e alla sua compagna che ci hanno accolto come se fossimo di famiglia.
