Great location, walking distance from airport bus 747 and VIA RAIL Station. Rooftop pool. However my first two days encountered drilling noise till 10pm, broken TV and coffee machine

**Location and Accessibility:** Hotel Bonaventure Montreal is conveniently located opposite Gare de Centrale. For those with luggage, it's best to exit Gare de Centrale through the Place Bonaventure exit and cross the street to reach the hotel driveway. While going underground is an option, it involves numerous escalators and stairs, and the distance is longer than walking on the ground. **Metro Access:** Contrary to what some might assume, Metro Bonaventure is not right underneath the hotel. You need to walk about 300-500 meters underground to reach the metro station, so plan accordingly. **Room Tips:** If you want to minimize walking, request a room closer to the reception. The hotel is spread across two floors and covers a wide area. Our room was far from the reception, requiring a long walk after a tiring day. **Amenities:** The hotel's pool is popular and often crowded, but the fountain with ducks on the 10th floor adds a charming touch. However, no water is provided in the rooms or at the reception. We had to fill our water bottles at Gare de Centrale. **WiFi:** The WiFi connection was excellent and fast, making it easy to stay connected. Overall, Hotel Bonaventure Montreal offers a pleasant stay with convenient access to transportation and charming amenities, but be prepared for some walking and bring your own water supply.

The payment arrangement was a mess ! There were 3 different staffs all saying different things regarding the payment arrangement! The staff upon check out even trying to hold up on us ! We almost miss our train to Quebec! Upon check in they said we prepaid already, upon we check the bill this morning there is another guy said we prepaid the room charge already, however upon we check out the one just needed to hold us up and keep us waiting forever ! Hotel staff shall have better training in payment arrangements!

The staff was rude and tried to game me a room that looked nothing that I booked!

Wonderful hotel stay, didn’t expect hotel to be new and modern. Great jacuzzi warm pool water. Iron board, coffee machine, spacious room.

Speedy check-in and check-out. Great facilities. Comfortable lounging areas. Pool area is wonderful. Went a couple of times in January and February when the pool was 93 degrees. It was 91 this time and people hovered around the inlet returns where the warm water comes in. We got an upgraded room which was lovely. Really appreciated that. The bar and food was also great. Overall excellent stay.

Nice and clean hotel

The staff was helpful, friendly and professional. Especially the front desk when I checked in and the consierge checking luggage.

Booked via Trip.com room with the room to have a swimming pool view, paid extra for this, got a room with a backyard view. Washroom size was minuscule for a room with 2 king size bedroom and the sink was located outside the bathroom and part of the bedroom, an absolutely atrocious design for a room. The tap knobs were lose and constantly needed adjusting. No water bottles in the room. Paid over $300 a night, fortunately just the one night in off-peak February for this glorified motel experience
