Holiday Inn Montreal Centre Ville Downtown, an IHG Hotel recensioner

This lovely hotel located in the Montreal Chinatown district. Check in is fast, and all the necessary amenities are provided.

The location was great as it was close to Notre Dame Cathedral and just a short walk to the bus stop for the airport. It was also only 5 seconds away from Chinatown, so finding a late-night meal was never an issue. However, the hotel itself was very outdated, and the room assigned to me had a small window, making the space feel dark and a bit claustrophobic. I accidentally left my AirPods in the room after checking out, and at first, they couldn’t be found. Thankfully, the lobby staff were very helpful, and the housekeeper eventually returned it to me. thanks to the kind security and lobby staff for their assistance!

We took a room with king bed and the room was accordingly spacious. On amenities, swimming pool needs cleaning and although the gym is basic, but ok for a quick workout. The hotel has guest laundry which was good after few days of trip we had. The service quality was good. No major complains, except for housekeeping / room service not picking up the call.

When we came in to our somebody opened without knocking and when the lady realize that someone is occupying already, she told us that she’s just checking but my mom was so scared. And also they don’t give complimentary water and no slippers.This a second that I had a bad experience with this hotel..holiday inn downtown centre ville Montreal.

The hotel is right next to China town and the old part of Montreal with plenty of heritage architecture . The Place D’Armes subway station is across the street and the metro line will take you directly to Bonaventure (central railway station) . The biggest asset of the hotel is its staff: accommodating, helpful, smiling and extremely efficient!

Strategic location in Chinatown along a very busy tourist area. Hotel is dated but parking is a plus

Great little hotel in the heart of Chinatown . The staff is helpful and friendly. The hotel has all the amenities, the rooms are a bit small but has a comfortable bed
