InterContinental Hotels Montreal recensioner

The location is excellent, easy to walk around old Montreal area, the hotel is pet friendly, my family enjoy the stay in the hotel. A minor issue with the hotel room is some electric outlet on the wall does not work, a bit inconvenient to change our cell phone.

The hotel is not well maintained. The hotel facilitates are not good and it is not useful

The check-in was pretty smooth and the room was quiet and comfortable. The shower pressure was very strong. The hotel is close to the Victoria Square and Place D'arms metro stations. The hotel is a little old but the rooms are upgraded. The pool is very small and has a nice terrace nearby. The breakfast was pretty good with an ala carte menu and all you can eat bread and pastries. The cost of the breakfast when booking on trip was essentially the same as the price we would have paid.

Very welcoming and a surprise gift pack for kiddos. The sauna and steam room are awesome.

Very convenient location! However, just want to say that if you're from Asia, then this is not the equivalent of the Intercontinental hotel you'd find in Asia. The services aren't as detailed or as much as you'd expect if you're used to living in Asia. I had to clean up the trash myself as I wanted to save housekeeping work for them though. They met all my in-room demands though and room is descent size but very dim. The location is unbeatable and I felt very safe traveling alone walking back to the hotel at night.

It's an older hotel but the staff are warm and friendly. Good location to old town, subway.

Service is poor I felt disrespect from the front desk，When I needed valet parking service but couldn't find the clerk at the gate, I had to ask Eric at the lobby, who was very impatient. Because we booked multiple rooms, Eric could not find our reservation of one room when we checked in due to the fault of the hotel system, and he tried to shift the responsibility to us. When the other staff members in the back room confirmed that it was a system malfunction, Eric did not apologize for wasting half an hour of our time and his arrogant attitude, nor did anyone give us a reasonable explanation and compensation. I'll never come here again

The hotel is phenomenal, close to everything and major points of interest. The parking is underground, and you need to take time to find the right elevator to get down (it is not in the reception floor though). Other than that, the staff is super professional and warm.

酒店在市中心，位置非常好。我們停好車就趕着去蒙特利爾聖母大教堂看燈光秀了，看完燈光秀就一路步行去老港。酒店停車一晚是25刀，入住要付一個城市税，退房的時候會在按金裏面扣。酒店對面就是網紅咖啡店Crew Collective & Cafe
