Embassy Suites by Hilton Montreal recensioner

It is another nice trip in Montreal and stay in the same hotel. Very enjoying here location, food and service.

Not as clean as other hilton hotels that I have been, decent breakfast, good location.

Staff were very friendly, found everybody very pleasurable. Free drinks and breakfast are nice.

Very clean place

We stayed for 3D2N. Customer service was poor to nothing at Embassy Suites, we didn’t feel welcomed upon check in. The turnover of our room was terrible, there were 2 of us but only one set of towels etc. Bathtub was truly dusty and the drainage was poor. The pillows and bed were too soft for neck and back support and comfort. Breakfast was alright with a not so cheerful chef on site to cook your overdone omelette. We asked for extra bottles of water one evening at 8pm and it never came after following up 3 more times. Also only 1 lift was working and the queue for the lift took a lot of time. We had problems getting in and out of the parking lot even though we had the designated bar code ticket for hotel residents. Other than its convenient location, I don’t see why people should come. There’s Le Westin right beside and if you have the budget, the intercontinental is just a block away.

酒店位於唐人街旁邊，對於華人出行非常方便，然後對面是展覽中心附近也有一個聖母教堂很方便，離家機場大概29分鐘，車程早餐種類比較小，有心理準備，簡單的能飽腹

房間夠大，有卧室區、辦公區、洗漱區，但空調實在是太舊，開啟了就轟鳴聲巨大。 早餐還可以，主食、飲品豐富，但沒有蔬菜。 地點非常好，在蒙特利爾會議中心開會，過個小馬路就到了，實在是太方便了。坐747路去機場也是步行15分鐘左右就可以到站點，對於冬天時常下大雪的蒙特利爾，出行壓力小了不是一點點。

離國會山非常近，房間非常大，如果燈光再亮一些，再提供熱水壺就更完美了

酒店地理位置不錯，到聖母大教堂，唐人街，科學中心都步行可到，房間挺大的，前台接待服務挺好的，餐廳服務也挺好的，就是早餐煎蛋的服務不好，

房間很大很乾凈，服務也很好。在市中心靠近唐人街。唯一的缺點早飯九點半就結束了，而且停車費很貴要另外加收35🔪，收取的按金70刀要5-10個工作日才退

在老城區，離唐人街很近，附近景點不錯； 可惜浴缸🛁一直有狀況，確實設備老舊，但整體來說，這價位還有兩客早餐和傍晚的Happy hour 飲料酒水卷，算給過了。 早餐坐在落地窗邊，剛好遇到下雪，漫天風雪挺浪漫💕 小酒吧酒保也挺友善😃
