Logis Hôtel & Restaurant - les Hauts de Montreuil

This has been a really consistent place for us over the years, we have stayed here several times. This was the first time since it changed to Logis. They have made some changes, extended the building and put a high end restaurant in it which was very good, modern French (amazing cheese trolley!!). They offer set menu: 3 courses at 44 or 47 Euro. They've changed the old bar at the front into a not so comfy hotel lounge area (not for us, we went out elsewhere after dinner). Rooms are same as previous basic, minimal offering on toiletries and towels, but clean. One bottle of water left in room each day, fridge and TV both provided. There is a car park out the back of the hotel; they have gated it now and charge 10 euros per night. It's brilliantly located, in the centre of town, the grounds and entry feel 4 star. Breakfast at 15 euros is not really worth it. We had a late lunch in the town for less on the first morning, They should add to the offering if they intend to retain at that price.

This charming hotel has a wonderful restaurant . The food is exceptional and we were there on a Tuesday night and it was busy with customers from several countries .It is worth travelling to enjoy it as we did .All the food was. great but the ceviche was exceptional as were the deserts. The rooms have been modernised since our last visit and are very comfortable. We will be back soon

Not sure how this hotel is the highest rated in Montreuil. For £150 I would have expected a lot more. Our room was worn dated and the bathrooms even more so. Very few amenities, one small bottle of water, no wifi, no parking including and no breakfast included. For that price I expect a lot more. Location however perfect and the bed is very comfy with nice linen.

Expected far more when booking as hotel full of character and in good location for the buzzy main square. However the room was awful. Up some stairs from the courtyard then the bedroom was up a lot of steep wooden stairs that were a real hazard and noisy when you get up in the night. Also it was totally devoid of any character and poor value at £150 for a supposed Superior room. The accessibility challenges really should be highlighted in advance to bookers. Breakfast in nice old section and had a good buffet. Dinner and service in the attractive old restaurant was excellent. You pay 10 Euros for secure parking.

This is one of the most historic and picturesque hotels in Montreuil. Quentin and Jerome on the reception team are very friendly, efficient and helpful whether by e mail or in person. We were very happy with our comfortable room with its spa bath. Dinner in the restaurant was beautifully presented and delicious. Breakfast taken in the historic surroundings is varied and plentiful. Everything about our stay was memorable and most enjoyable.

On our annual visits at each end of our touring holiday it was, as always, a treat to be back at Les Hauts, we just love staying there! They have been busy updating their bedrooms which are now very modern and even more comfortable and stylish than before. We asked to change our room on arrival and it was done immediately and without fuss. Everything, yes everything about this hotel is done to perfection. The welcome is warm, all the staff are friendly and efficient. The couple who run this place are perfectionists, Madam as front of house runs a first class place and Monsieur in the kitchen can cook up a storm! We feel anyone working here is part of a team that knows exactly how to please their customers. The food is innovative, delicious and a work of art to look at, even breakfast is a joy, the beds are comfortable with lovely linen, the outside space is attractive and a pleasure to sit in and as someone else said, the parking is a great extra. We feel so lucky to be able to stay here each year, at what we feel are very reasonable prices for what we get. Thank you Les Hauts, we can’t wait to come back
