Hotel Mona recensioner

Hotel is in a great location in Montreux. A short walk from the train station and right on lake Geneva. Rooms were clean and very good. Amenities throughout the hotel, also very good. Nice touches with random boxes of sweets, next to the complimentary coffee machine in the foyer. Sweets always make people smile, no matter how old you are. I noticed the staff on the reception desk managing some very obnoxious and basically rude customers. So hats off to them as they remained very polite. My only grip about my visit was that our room was on the lowest level. I paid for a lake view believing I'd get a view of the lake as far as my eyes could see (as in the hotels online pictures). I don't think I can really complain, as I could see the lake between the various trees and shrubs, but not as I was expecting. Is that a lake view?

This is one of the best hotels I have ever been to. The view of the lake is amazing, the location was perfect, the staff were helpful and the breakfast buffet is the very good. Highly recommend this hotel and we will definitely visit again.

We stayed at Hotel Mona for 3 nights and really enjoyed our time there. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and very well located—just a short walk from the town center and the lake. Our room had a beautiful view of the lake, which made the stay even more special. The staff were warm and welcoming, always ready to help.

The hotel only allows to check-in at 3pm, so all guests check-in same time and we waited quite a while. Other than this all was fine, the drinks in mini bar was all free.

Hotel is 2-3minutes walk from the train station and the room has a good view of the city and coastline.

The hospitality at Mona hotel is the best we have experienced throughout our trip in Europe, the room has great view and clean. The free mini bar and breakfast was great! We had so much fun with the bike rental hotel provides. The only downside may be the design of the toilet shower is not quite user friendly and they could add more lights in the room. We enjoyed our stay and would return again.

I had good experience in this hotel and very nice view and good looking and clean and comfortable rooms good location and parking was available but I had to pay for it

The hotel offers unlimited free drinks and snacks in the bar and it has stunning sunset and lake view. Really nice hotel.

The team is very helpful and kind people. My advice is to work on your breakfast menu as you can’t serve the same food for a whole week.

Excellent hotel! Good spread of breakfast, lobby ambience was cosy and hot tea/coffee & snacks was provided. Room is clean, the lake view is amazing. Hotel also loaned us bicycles for free and we had fun cycling along the lake. Special thanks to the hotel staff, Juan, who explained to us the facilities and attractions in details. Highly recommend this hotel!
