The home consists of 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, great room and kitchen. There is a King size bed in the master bedroom, and Queen size bed in the guest bedroom. The home can accommodate 4 adults or a family of 4 very comfortably. The main bathhouse has a large single shower, two sink vanity, and toilet. A half bathroom is located off of the primary bedroom. The home offers a fully equipped kitchen which was completely renovated in 2025. The kitchen and living areas are part of a great room, which offers vaulted ceilings, and numerous windows that capture the incredible views of Opunohu Bay. A wrap around deck with a table & 4 chair set, 2 loungers, and a gas BBQ, are also available for your enjoyment. The deck is the perfect place to take in the incredible views from the home, while enjoying your favorite beverage or dining al fresco. The private yard surrounding the home is mature, with a variety of island plants, fruit trees and flowers. You will find ceiling and floor fans placed in all of the rooms, to catch the island's breezes.Please note: The home IS NOT air conditioned. You will find a large television in the living room, along with a few games. The house is equipped with a full size washer and dryer, and all bath towels, beach towels and linens are provided. Wifi/Internet is also available at the home free of charge. However, no telephone service is provided. A unique feature of the home is that it offers both 110V and 220V outlets. Which makes it very convenient for our U.S. guests to charge their various electronic gadgets. The closest beach is a short 5 minute drive from the house.
