Should have posted this awhile ago. I stayed here for four nights in early July 2024 and had an outstanding stay. The hotel is very clean, new, and well taken care of. My room was wonderful and very clean. Love the walk in shower in the bathroom. All staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast not as bad as some of the other comments. It was fine! Free breakfasts always have plastic silverware which works well for me. Outdoor pool and patio with fire pit was wonderful as well. Lots of free parking and a nice shopping center and restaurants within walking distance on the other side of the freeway. Easy and not so far commute into Los Angeles. Some of the negative views are just whiners and way off. This is a wonderful hotel and very quiet too. I was sad when it was time to leave and will definitely stay here again.

If you are expecting luxury or fancy, this is not it. But for what it is, it is fine. Room was spacious and clean. Wifi reliable. Comfy bed. On the downside, the breakfast is limited in scope and there is no other food service on site. In the rooms and at breakfast they have only plastic "glasses" and flatware. An inexcusable shortcut. Location is boring and isolated. But if I had to stay in the area again, I would not be opposed to staying here for the right price.

Modern, clean rooms, comfortable bed. Check-in and check out was fast, desk staff were great. Price was excellent Terrible dried out but soggy biscuits at breakfast - and it was 8 am, not late in the breakfast service. Coffee was good. Some one else was complaining there were no waffles or chocolate milk.

Sheets and bathroom- Clean. Friendly customer service. Free parking. They need to bring in a pancake or waffle machine like other hotels. If I am paying for breakfast, then I expect a great breakfast not Lack luster. They have a pool and seating like the pics.

The hotel is new and the room was immaculate which was nice ! The breakfast although minimal in terms of options was sufficient. The hotel was busy and seemed to be a hit with families and children. We didn’t try out the pool but it was busy. The check in was ok however it was apparent that the hotel is short staffed. The employee checking us in was diverted multiple times to answer the phone, provide towels to another patron etc. The employee was busy and I felt bad for him. It wasn’t a cheerful welcome. I don’t blame the employee and certainly hope the management realizes its impact. I will not return to this hotel for this reason however it’s a good option for most. Parking is free which is a perk in this area and the hotel was quiet while we slept which was wonderful!

This is a great place to stay for a great night's rest. Rooms are nice size. Beds are very comfortable. Furniture is very comfortable to relax on. Internet works good. Hotel is very well maintained. Very clean in Hall ways and parking lot. Staff are Excellent in taking care of the customers.

So I'm currently trying to work out a current reservation. I booked 3 nights on the marriott website. I booked this 1.5 days ago. I cancelled the reservation on my BonVoy app. I called the hotel this evening, after I noticed they already charged my card for the full amount since I didn't get a refund email. Well, I was told my reservation is non-refundable. I was then told I could speak with the manager Zalma Quezada tomorrow but my chances of getting my refund where slim to none. So then I called Marriott Bonvoy customer service this evening and they said all they could do is write and email to the general manager to have them make an exception. I then called the hotel back this evening and said since I'm being told this reservation is non-refundable then can you reinstate my reservation. THEY SAID NO- there is no option for that. I then told Kevin to note it in the system for the manager tomorrow. I then called Marriott Bonvoy customer service again and they said there is nothing they can do. I said so now my reservation is cancelled and they aren't refunding the monies and I cannot have the rooms I've already paid for coming up in two months. They said the genral manager of the hotel will have to address. I will update what is going to happen when I speak with the General Manager tomorrow.
