Best Western Plus Moose Jaw

Accessible room used. Bed was too high for our patient lift to transfer husband easily and safely. As well, because bed is on a solid platform, the lift could not slide underneath close enough to make a safe transfer. If no lift is needed, the rest of the room was great, bed very comfy although high, RIS good.

What a fantastic hotel. The staff went above & beyond to make our stay comfortable. We had stayed the week before (July 19 & 20) and the manager( sorry forgot his name) was able to fix our reservation so we didn't have to move rooms as we were only able to book different rooms for the 2 nights. It was a little loud during the day as we were on the 1st floor by the pool so everyone had to pass our room & there were several kids there for a tournament but quieted done in the evening. I mentioned the noise to the front desk attendant Dumnoi & and was told by the kids would be leaving the next morning & it would be much quieter and it definitely was. When we arrived the second time( July 27) Dumnoi remembered us & told us they gave us a quiet room on the 4th floor. The hotel was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast area was small but we just took it back to our room. There is a specialty coffees machine in the lobby that is free for guest. We would definitely recommend this hotel to our family and friends and we stay there again

The hotel was full, but very quiet. The included breakfast was very good with a large selection of hot and cold items. The room was clean. The location is good. Right by the highway and a short drive to downtown. The internet worked great and was fast.

Plenty of parking for guests, chek in and check out was quick. After quiet time no noises and quiet for sleeping. All the staff were very accommodating and from Toni the GM, housekeeping, front desk staff. Breakfast was a very nice verity, fruits, yogurt's.

The room was great, spacious and clean. They have a Continental Breakfast, a great pool and Hot Tub … Staff were awesome and very accommodating, they allowed family to come for a swim Would definitely recommend for families to stay here. The price was a little higher on the weekend…

We are staying in this hotel couple of times every year during our travel. Friendly staff, cleanliness , good breakfast nice clean pool and overall good atmosphere makes every stay special. Interactions with front desk staff, kitchen staff are always enjoyable .
