We moved to this hotel from another nearby lodge after experiencing food poisoning, and it was the best decision we made. While this place is a bit more expensive, it is absolutely worth the price. The rooms are well-kept, beautifully remodeled, and impeccably clean. Everything feels fresh and comfortable. The dining experience, though pricier than other places, gave us peace of mind—we knew we wouldn’t get sick, which made it completely worthwhile. We truly enjoyed every aspect of our stay here. The only downside was the massage service (€38), which we felt was not worth the price. Other than that, everything was excellent, and we highly recommend this hotel for a safe, clean, and comfortable stay!

We stayed here for 3 nights as a base. Nice lodge. Food was just ok - however the Vietnamese noodles were excellent. The pool is cold but was needed after spending hours in the forest lemur spotting. Room comfortable. Showers powerful and hot. Beautiful location with great views. If you stay here do go to the local market on Saturday. It is only a few minutes' drive from the hotel and sells just about everything. There is also a post office nearby.

For the price they charge, you only get a welcome drink. If you are in the swimming pool, you get no services. There was no bottle beer. & It was not cold either. Quality of food...so so... Totally ripped off. When customer pays such a price, we expect services too. We had the family suite. You don't need to charge that price. Management, please review

This is a very nice hotel, the rooms are excellent, the gardens very well tended and the staff friendly. It is only let down by the restaurant, the food is mediocre quality French cuisine as is the wine list. I imagine it is French owned but local produce and wines would be a great option

This is a nice hotel with a friendly reception staff. The rooms are modern, clean, and comfortable. The pool is beautiful, though was undergoing some maintenance while we were there, it was a quiet place to sit and relax. The restaurant was ok, but nothing special. The food was average and the service was not on par with other hotels in this price range in Madagascar.

I would strongly support all the positive comments given by other recent visitors. It is an excellent hotel. But I particularly wanted to emphasise how friendly and caring the hotel staff are. I was feeling a little poorly one morning, didn’t show up for breakfast and the staff on their own initiative brought to my room a light breakfast and drink of tea. Outstanding! When we left many of the staff were at the door to wave good by. In addition to the nice rooms, good food, fantastic surroundings it was a throughly nice place to stay. And I could read the words on the shampoo and shower gel bottles without having to take my reading glasses to the shower!

Luxury, luxury, luxury! Beautiful rooms, attentive staff, good food. Excellent spa as well. My only issue was the lack of variety on the restaurant menu. The hotel is on a hill and rather isolated, so it's difficult to go anywhere else to eat. After 3 days, the menu got a little boring. But overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I'd definitely come back!

Originally our tour company had booked us into another hotel down the road but after reading the reviews, we decided to pay extra and stay here...it was so worth it. The lodge has a luxury feel to it and the food in the restaurant was excellent...would highly recommend.

it is a beautiful and comfortable place, perfect to relax. Nice spa and rooms. the pool looked like a great place to relax, unfortunately it rained, so we did not check it out. Food was fine and stoff friendly. Everything just like we expected it to be
