Craigwell

My 2 night stay at Graigwell was very nice and relaxing host could not do enough very obliging breakfast lovely with a wide range menu very clean and tidy thank you both for making me feel very comfortable 😊

As a travelling electrician this was perfect, the owner was happy for me to park my van around the back out side his garage, my room also overlooked my van again which was perfect and very pleased with this arrangement. The room was more than adequate , plenty of tea, coffee and the usual condiments, clean, functional and not too fussy. Perfect for what i was looking for. The breakfast was 10 out of 10, i requested an earlier breakfast than what was usually offered and he accommodated my request more then willingly, it was good to go at my allocated time. The only slightly negative feedback was the shower could have been a bit more powerful especially after a dirty days work, but it was warm enough. If i come back again then i wouldn’t hesitate in coming back to the same hotel again. The cost was spot on as well and would have been happier paying slightly more. Great work and thank you.

Enjoyed our stay (2 nights). Views are lovely across bay. Nice room on first floor. John and Edward were lovely and couldn't do enough for us. Breakfast choice was very good and food was freshly cooked and delicious.

Working Trip Booked for 2 nights as I was working at The Platform music venue which was a 15 minute walk away. I received a lovely warm welcome from the owner who carried my bags to my room. I booked a single room but the bed was a double which was lovely. Excellent amenities and I had a lovely cooked breakfast. I didn't make it back to the hotel until the early hours of the morning after work but this wasn't a problem as I was given keys to let myself in. Overall a wonderful stay :)

I had a wonderful stay at the Craigwell. My single room was a comfortable size and spotlessly clean, as was the whole hotel, and very well appointed. Ed the proprietor was friendly and helpful with anything I needed to know which was important as I had not been to Morecambe before. The breakfast was perfectly cooked and a good size. I cannot fault this hotel or Ed who I hope to see again if I return to Morecambe which as a town is much better than some of the reviews.

Ed was very welcoming and helpful throughout our visit. Room spotless and sea view across Morecambe Bay were fantastic. Breakfasts was plenty of choice and very well presented , very tasty with local produce cooked by John Parking at the rear was available for 2 cars but there is also a large public car park at just £2.20 per day. Bus stops were close by with bus route 100 every 15 mins between Morecambe and Lancaster. We highly recommend the Craigwell Hotel/B@B. and We will certainly be going back Harry & Jean.
