Location could not be better for walking in either direction to the Aquaduct or the central plaza, cathedrals, nice restaurants. Staff were very helpful in particular Karina treated us like family and her joyful presence in the morning was a great way to being any day. This what excellence in service as well as kindness is all about. Erandi was likewise most helpful on the front desk assisting with our parking. Somewhat noisy but they do provide ear plugs. Would return in a heartbeat.

The hotel was lovely, spacious clean comfortable room. A little noisy on occasion as street side, earplugs provided. Staff, Carmen, Karina, breakfast, Rocio and Lulu were lovely and very helpful with information. Great location, walking distance to most places. Safe parking off street. Cooked breakfast.

A hotel that travels you back in time with complete services and excellent staff that are always there to answer questions and provide options for visits in town and the surrounding area. Well deserved to be considered for a stay in Morelia!

I selected this hotel because it was near an area that has a lot to offer around the aqueduct & the Tarascan Fountain. The hotel is clean, nicely furnished, with decent sized rooms and breakfast is included. Our room was a corner room with large windows looking on to two streets. There is traffic noise during the day but it's very quiet at night. In case of noise sensitivity the hotel provides foam ear plugs. Neither my wife nor I had to use them. Our room was large & had two windows overlooking the street. The beds were comfortable & the room & bathroom spotless thanks to the housekeeper Lulú. Rooms are on the 2nd floor and there is no elevator so the hotel is not suitable for people with limited mobility. During most days Erandi is at the front desk. She was pleasant, helpful & speaks passable English. She may be the only English speaker in the hotel. My wife & I both are fluent Spanish speakers so we didn't attempt English with other employees. There's a limited, but good breakfast with a selection of egg dishes & fruit. We were more than satisfied. We would not hesitate to stay there again.

Muy bien servicio, las personas amables y dispuestas a ayudar. Pedimos un cambio de habitación a último minuto e hicieron lo posible para ayudarnos. La ubicación del hotel también está bastante buena, a pasos de las Tarascas. La habitación de cama matrimonial es algo pequeña pero se entiende por donde se encuentra ubicado el hotel.

Excelente servicio la comida y las instalaciones muy buenos, muy amable cada persona que nos atendieron, el arte cuadros y todo los que tienen en la galeria hace unabestancia muy particular. La seguridad del lugar muy buena, de antemano bueno servicio.
