Ciroc Hotel

The hotel was undergoing renovation. They were not in a position to accept bookings. There was only one staff person present who said he was not aware that the owner has taken booking. Previous day before check-in we had called the hotel on the number provided by mm t to confirm our stay and he did not inform us about any such problems. Even basic facilities were not available there. There were too many issues at the hotel. To name a few : 1. Unhygienic & smelly rooms. 2. Molded bed sheets, blankets & pillows. 3. Molded furniture. 4. Dust on tables, chairs & furniture. 5. Lights in room, porch & even washroom not working 6. Hot water not available 7. Flush not working 8. Ac not working properly 9. Restaurant not open 10. Even basic tea breakfast not available, so ordered from zomato 11. Pool not open 13. Booked this hotel due to beach property but cannot access beach as road was closed due to weeds & grass on the walkway to beach. We called the contact person but ended up without much help. I was not able to contact make my trip for complaint due to extremely busy schedule. I just hope any other guests do not go through this nightmare & spoil their trip.

Toilet flush was not working properly, there was a cockroach in toilet, bathroom door was not getting locked, shower was not working properly, bathroom / room lack cleanliness, there was no tv, ac remote was not working

Very Nice ambiance, Clean Swimming Pool, near the beach, Staff is co-operative, especially Mr. Joshep helped us a lot, he is professionally Hospitality Gentle person, we all were. 50pax, other members are also eager to post the review.

Living at another corner of Maharashtra and planning a wedding can be quite challenging. After a thorough research of various venues in and around North Goa, we chose Ciiroc Resort for all wedding functions of my sister-in-laws wedding. We loved the location of Ciiroc Resort, surrounded by Greenery and just a small walk from the sea. That's what we were looking for our guests- a calm and wonderful escape for 4 days. We hosted all the bride's side functions there starting from Mehendi on Day 1, Haldi & Sangeet on Day 2 and Wedding (at Beach) on Day 3. The resort manager Mr. Joseph was really warm and approachable for all our needs. Even our last minute requests were handled so well and everything went by very smoothly! 24o7 Wifi facility available, Clean Swimming Pool, Clean Rooms etc. Highly Recommended.

this place is a backpacker cheap n nasty mosquito pit everything about the place is no star . The pool is a fish pond its miles away from the beach if you have mobility issues the place is filthy and so is the beach. The beach is 200m away and the sea an other 200m away reception is a vacant building and the restaurant is a shack and no breakfast apparently even if stated . All in all they are ripping people off using booking .com at £30 a night its not worth £10 a night . We didnt stay and retreated to candolim where the beach is nice and so is the food and accomodation . If you want to get eaten alive and live like a hobo stay here

We visited this property twice. In 2022 and 2023, and we are planning to visit next year as well...so now you get an idea how beautiful is this property! Service is prompt, staff is friendly, rooms and swiming pool are clean. Location is near to beach. You get shack, good restaurants and cafe, groscey, shopping and liquor stores near by. What else do you need in Goa!
