Poor quality of Hotel all inclusive,there’s to many people smoking in everywhere,they may have (non smoking signs) ,the variety of food is not so good

I just had the best vacations of this season. My week was fenomenal. Food was tasty and descent. Lobby is my favorite spot, cause it's spacious and colorful and with an effective lobby bar lol. My friends weren't lying when they recommended this place wich Will stay My favorite for the comming vacation trips. Rooms so comfortable 😌 and clean, with nice smell 😋 but had no time to be in it much time cause of all the entertainment activities and shows during day and night. Simply a paradise ✨️ you must visit this facility !!!

I'm feeling 👍is my first experience on the hotel, So is not good to said that we are very comfortable, so Is not that the principal thing 🤔 I look the nice faces, the goods bar atender, i ust need the beach and the Cuban feeling. The best wishes for these hotel .I'm really grateful 🙏.

Dreadful hotel, rooms leave a lot to be desired, very poor decor and maintenance. Do not even attempt to eat in the buffet restaurant, we we both ill due to the food and I lost over half a stone in weight, we asked the manager to temp test the food which he said had come back at 57 degrees, that is not even legal it should be 65 and above. Dire dire horrid place and do not recommend.

We arrived from another hotel to spend the day. What a mistake!!! We asked the receptionist who faces us our bracelets where to get our towels. She directed us by the pool. The towel lady asked us where our slip from front desk were. I explained we just came from there and there were no slips. She called the front desk screamed at them and then told us to go back. I said no we were not going back. She said fine no towels for you. Disgusting service! The buffet is far to small for the people. There was people everywhere they had run out of plates and the food was horrific. Don’t let the lobby fool you! This place has bad workers, a crappy pool and a terrible buffet.

A very basic 2/3* hotel. We're 6 nights in to a 10 night stay and ready to leave, first time for everything. Positives: hotel grounds and room very clean including air con and safe. 2 fantastic beaches with great beach bars serving cocktails included in AI. Negatives (A lot of!): our front door does not open/close properly. Fridge does not work. No water in room as promised on arrival, and customer service/bar reluctant to hand out bottles. Customer service desk seemed totally disinterested when asking for replacement water, after the bar told us to go to them! Raised concerns with reception and half fixed. Also had catamaran excursion booked, when our transfer didn't arrive, customer service took no interest to help us out. Food in buffet very average and repetitive. Most people travel to Cuba for at least 7 nights, try themed nights, or a bbq etc. 25% of staff are very friendly and smiley, we went out of our way to tip the helpful friendly ones. The hotel itself is very dated, pool areas are nice, but all the rooms and buildings are in desperate need of touching up and paint. Such a shame, a hotel with so much potential. Don't stay here if you want to see real Cuba. It's a small island of hotels only. Apologies for all of the negatives, but a supposedly 4* hotel on our honeymoon and it has not delivered.
