Fantastic welcome and hospitality from Lisa and Rachael. All staff so helpful and great accommodation as expected, as always from Premier Inn. Thank you ladies - your friendliness was so welcoming and helped bring more joy to our Christmas family trip!

Fantastic hotel, in a great location easy to park plenty of room, reception staff amazing very nice, the room was perfect very comfortable shower brilliant a walk in no need to climb over a bath to get a shower, breakfast was brilliant fresh plenty of choice. A fantastic experience thoroughly recommended

We had a super friendly welcome at check-in by the two guys on reception on Sunday evening and during our three-day stay every member of staff at the hotel ( and restaurant ) was friendly and helpful. There are loads of amenities nearby and the location is perfect for travelling onwards or visiting the Swansea area. We have stayed here several times previously.

Me and family really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We had a good night sleep, no noise and breakfast had loads. Only suggestion is that the Carpet could do with a change but overall good experience, and customer service was of high standards.

I have stayed at Swansea North Premier Inn before, so I knew it was going to be a good experience. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was warm, comfortable and clean. There is plenty of free parking at this Premier Inn. The breakfast was great with a wide selection of food and the breakfast staff were very nice. I will certainly stay here again and have no hesitation in recommending the Premier Inn at Swansea North.

Average Premier Inn Hotel, Crap wifi. Crap phone signals. So here I was with a week to do in Swansea on training and booked into the Premier Inn Swansea North. I was actually looking forward to the Hypnos mattress to aid my slumber as they are pretty amazing, only to find they Hypnos is now gone in favour of a Premier Inn V2.0 mattress made by Silentnight. Ah yeah... Lennie. You need to get down to the Silentnight factory and get a refund as these Premier Inn V2.0 mattresses are rubbish! Go back to the V1.0 Hypnos Now onto another bone of contention. The Premier inn Wifi at Swansea North. It'sCrap ok that's it. Nothing more or less. Even the staff recognise it's crap and are embarrassed about it being so bad. So here I am on the Premier inn "Ultimate" wifi which costs £5 a day and I can reach the amazingly blistering fast speed of... 0.8 mbps! Yes you read that right. Not even 1 Megabit. I remember being upgraded to 2 megabit ADSL in 2002 so we're about 22 years behind here. Maybe they need to put a bit more coal in the boiler? I know what you're going to say next... I'll just tether off my phone I have tons of data... Err no you won't. These places are built like faraday cages. The phone signal inside this place is enough to get a voice call out in the normal way. That's it. I have 3 sims between my personal and work phones on 3, EE and Voda. None of them gave me enough bandwidth to make a reliable data connection. So facetime is out. Whatsapp calling is forget it and don't even think about Skype or Zoom - it ain't happening. The upshot is in the event of a nuclear attack, just get here before it happens and all you electronics will be safe from the EMP. So yeah. that's it. You want a decent nights sleep and a data connection? Go elsewhere.
