Tao Morro Jable

Quiet, lovely apartment with excellent service (cleaned and sheets/towels changed every four days. Very convenient for supermarket, shops, eating out, beach. Friendly, helpful receptionist. Lovely pool on the roof. Well furnished apartment with comfy beds

Very pleased with apartment, very clean with everything we needed. Did not provide kettle and toaster on arrival but they provided them when requested. Comfy single beds. Cleaning done every four days with new sheets and towels. Five mins from beautiful beach and small traditional Spanish town. Overall very friendly and excellent value for money.

Dropping by to leave a positive review after we've travelled to Fuerteventura this week and stayed in Morro Jable in Tao Morro Jable self catering apartments. The apartments are in a perfect location, just 3 mins walk from the beach and are great, with the exception of no air conditioning (and its roasting hot over here!). We bought fans from a local store and they've helped a lot. The complex is modern, spotless clean and the staff are very polite and helpful. Beds are very comfortable and it has a well stocked kitchen (could use a kettle and toaster). It has a rooftop pool and solarium, with both sea views and mountain views. Reception closes at 3pm and we arrived late, but there is a number on the door to ring, which was answered immediately and there are coded keyboxes on the wall and you're given your choice to retrieve your key immediately. We were facilitated with a late check out also, free of charge. Great price, great staff, great location - only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because of the aircon. There is a huge Eurospar a minutes walk away for all your needs too. The biggest wow from this week is the beach 🏖 𝐈𝐓 𝐈𝐒 𝐔𝐍𝐁𝐄𝐋𝐈𝐄𝐕𝐀𝐁𝐋𝐄!!! White sand, crystal clear turquoise water, comfortable sun loungers - with a perfect sea breeze. We've genuinely just spent every day chilling out and relaxing on this beautiful, idyllic beach.

Had a lovely stay here in December 2023 over Christmas. The apartments are spotlessly clean. Quite basic but they are modern enough in design and have most things you need for a nice self catering stay - only think they didn't have which would have been a nice touch would have been maybe some basic kitchen things like oil and salt, but this wasn't a big deal as there is a great Eurospar just a few minutes walk away round the corner. Some surfaces in the kitchen were a little damaged but this was only aesthetic and did not cause any issues for us. Free WiFi is very good and fast. Irina was very helpful and made getting our keys and checking-in extremely easy and was happy to answer any questions. Housekeeping were friendly too and replaced our towels and cleaned the bathroom etc a few days into our stay. Two pillows each as standard would be good though and the blue towels provided in the bathrooms, whilst obviously they are quite new which is good, they let off an insane amount of blue fluff when used which was pretty annoying but not detrimental by any means. We had one cockroach make an appearance on our first night which we quickly dispatched and we didn't have any further issues after this for the rest of our stay. The only real negative I would say is that a few nights into our stay, a huge fight broke out on our floor amongst some other guests and they were shouting, yelling and kicking walls/doors at 01:30 in the morning right outside our room - couldn't understand what was going on as they were shouting in Spanish. They then proceeded to continue the fight extremely loudly in the street and one of the people (we couldn't see who any of them were because of the location of our room) was trying to kick in the front entrance to the building. This was extremely disconcerting and quite frightening at the time. I informed Irina that this was happening and she apologised profusely and said they would investigate the issue. I will say that I couldn't see any CCTV cameras anywhere either inside or outside the building so I'm not sure how they could investigate properly but, apology accepted and the rest of the stay on either side of this incident was lovely, quiet and peaceful and I can't complain at all.  The absolute highlight of this accommodation is its central location in the old town of Morro Jable and its fantastic rooftop pool area. Pool water was very cold (as is the case in most places in Fuerteventura especially in the winter months), but very easy to get sunbeds and just absolutely relax in the sun. Easy to walk to the beach and town and back and enjoy Morro Jable and Jandia - taxi rank is just down the street if you don't feel like walking to the Jandia strip with its beaches, shops and restaurants. The views over the town from the rooftop pool area are just beautiful and you can watch for hours. We would absolutely return here!

Ubicado en el corazón del pueblo , los apartamentos muy limpios y equipados con lo necesario y lo mejor la gestión de Irina, una gran profesional que siempre soluciona cualquier imprevisto. Solo tengo agradecimientos hacia el Tao y su gestora.

Buenos días quería comentar mi experiencia pésima en este complejo. Llegué y no había servicio de recepción porque están hasta las 15.00 ,buscando mi llave la limpiadora por todos lados,cuando encuentran la llave y voy al apartamento era un auténtico horno,horrible el calor que hacía allí dentro. La TV no funcionaba y entre el sábado ya no había nadie allí, el domingo libraban,con lo cuál tampoco había nadie, el lunes fui a recepción y hasta las 16.00 no podía ir el técnico. Cuando fue me quitó o no sintonizó muchos canales, el mando sin pilas tuve que ir a comprarlas yo. El día que llegue por la noche en el momento de la ducha nos quedamos con una pieza en las manos y mi marido tuvo que arreglarla para poder ducharnos. Los colchones sin funda directamente la sábana bajera y el colchón súper sucio, con manchas, un asco. Los muebles de la cocina no encajaban bien. Para rematar todo esto la limpiadora entra el último día y abre con su llave sin tocar el timbre, una falta de respeto. Cuando comunico todo esto a la central, me piden disculpas y me dicen que me ingresan 50 euros, de hecho me lo ingresaron, pero yo no pagué por lo que me encontré con lo cual no me parece una solución. Me cobraron 70 euros la noche y el apartamento no vale ni 30 euros. Cuidado si van porque ya les digo lo que se van a encontrar.
