Fantastic holiday. Hotel was lovely, clean, friendly staff.Sea view from the room was amazing to sit on the balcony and relax to. Cocktails were delicious and 2 for 1 was a fantastic price. There were road works outside the front, so bus couldn't stop right by hotel, but was only a two minutes walk to get to from the stop. Building work didn't affect our stay, workmen always said hello when we passed, and have to admit when finished it will look amazing. Shops/restaurants really close by and everywhere we went to eat staff were lovely, and some delicious food had, especially locally sourced fish. Bus stop to trips booked was again at the same place for transfers, so just two minutes walk, highly recommend the pirate boat trip whilst there! Lots of dolphins seen on trips too. Beach just across the road, was beautiful, lovely soft sand, with beach bar on and also a little walk along the pathway to get to lighthouse with lovely statues to see, again with another beach bar by the light house, and wild chipmunks to be seen in areas near the beach. October holiday, 35 degrees, with slight warm breeze, was amazing.

There are plenty of plus points about this hotel, but it would only be fair to mention a couple of the factors detracting from the experience too.. Staff from the word “GO” were pleasant, friendly and helpful. Maids, receptionists, pool guy - everyone Impact of the property was highly impressive and will be even better when the piazza outside is finished. Pool was great, although it didn’t open till 10am, so no pre-breakfast swim Sun lounge was pleasant. As with the pool area there were plenty of sun beds The rooms are large, and mine on the 8th floor had a lovely sea view. The balcony was equipped with very comfortable furniture. Another nice touch was the free electronic digital safe A couple of things were annoying - the shower head was mounted so high that the jet went right over my head (5’11”) unless the flow was almost nothing. The fridge had certainly seen better days. The basin wasn’t mounted well and clanked against the wall. No microwave. The thing I found most frustrating was the lack of Wi-Fi. The reception staff must have sick of people asking about it. Hope it gets sorted before too much longer It’s a pity these small factors let the overall experience down. I did hear that there are some rooms that have been renovated. I sound like I’m whinging, but I’m not trying to. Overall I was happy and value for money made it a good experience

Worst holiday ever. Me and my partner stayed here for 2 weeks and were shocked by the whole experience. - To start with,!we had many items stolen from our room eg headphones, when we bought this up to the reception staff we were completely ignored and they did not understand us. - The food was awful and completely un edible, after paying for half board we ended up having to go and get food from the shop after dinner as there was nothing to eat for us at the buffet. - The thing that really made the holiday uncomfortable for us was being personally attacked by one of the members of staff in the restaurant. There is two people who are one in there, a lovely young man who was kind to us and I have nothing bad to say about him. However there was a short haired lady who worked in the restaurant, who continued to make me and my partner uncomfortable. She would roll her eyes at us, speak Spanish with her colleague ( clearly not saying anything good) as soon as we walked in, which obviously made us uncomfortable. Overall, this lady should not be working with the public and I find it disgusting that we were made to feel this way on our holiday. Will never be returning, please be aware when booking.

After a knee replacement. Me and my wife had just spent the last two weeks at this very nice hotel. We had an apartment with sea view, and situated right next to a heated pool. The hotel is easily accessible. The staff is really helpful, without being overly engaged. I must especially praise the cleaning staff. They were wonderful. We had two weeks off sunshine 🌞 Compared with rain and snow ⛄️ in December. We have already booked for next year. This is truly addictive 😊

Lovely hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful, room was clean and hotel was close to beach and other amenities. The pool was lovely and there were plenty of loungers available to relax. The beaches around Jandia and Morra Jable were also beautiful

Very friendly staff, amazing seaview from the 7th floor, large apartment with a big balcony and adjustable chairs on it. Perfect WLAN. Quiet bedroom. Beach, supermarkets, restaurants etc. in close distance. I loved it and will come back for sure!

I was so pleasantly surprised when I arrived here. The rooms are like a mini apartment, spacious, bright, clean and airy. There's everything you need to cook & clean. The bathroom looked very new and clean. The beds were so comfortable I slept better here than at home. Noise levels were fine in our room. The staff were lovely and very helpful. The location is exceptional. After reading reviews here I really was dreading my stay but the only very small things were that hotplate was fairly tired and the numbers had rubbed off, which didn't hinder anything, and there was building work on a couple of days that was out of the hotels control and didn't matter anyway as we were out most of the day. I truly cannot believe how lovely it was especially for the budget I will definitely be visiting again and highly recommend.

My stay at this hotel was disappointing, to say the least. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that service was not a priority. Very little information was provided. The constant damp, musty fungus smell transfusing the air was off-putting and only added to the unpleasant atmosphere. The noise level was unbearable, both during the day and at night, making it difficult to get any rest. While the mattresses were passable, the pillows were downright awful, providing little to no support. Although the location seemed promising, with its closeness to the beach, the ongoing construction nearby overshadowed it, blocking any hope of enjoying a peaceful view. It's disappointing that no mention was made of this inconvenience prior to booking. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel. While its location may seem convenient, there are certainly better options available nearby that offer a more comfortable and enjoyable stay.
