We booked an apartment on the upper floors for the period September 19, 2022 to September 30, 2022. We were given room 817 and as soon as we reached the top, the shock: It stank of faeces in the entire room, which had not gone away on 09/20/2022 and 09/21/2022. Mold on the joints, rusted hair dryer and the like ... see photos .... In the nights, in addition to the stench, the clairaudience was a real problem when sleeping and I'm really not exaggerating here: We heard the mobile phone vibrating in the next room...so without a ringtone...as if it were on our bedside table...as if there were no wall at all. Maybe there are other, better rooms, but I don't think so...at least not if you book with TUI, because we saw another (privately rented) room in the complex and it didn't compare...especially it smelled like a normal room. The front desk didn't want to give us another room either, although (or because) they knew exactly the problems with 817...I'm sure of that. Of course, we called TUI on the day of arrival and only got an answer after turning on PayPal on the 20th evening you pay 1,395 euros for a hotel, which is Online at TUI for 900 euros for the period September 21, 2022 until 09/30/22 and you can move. Of course I didn't pay for that and booked another hotel for 950 euros for the period- evaluation replacement hotel is coming....a dream and especially the food...mmm... The room was then rented out again, even though I paid for it in full, which we saw when we visited the balcony on September 26th and 29th. Rip off x2...I don't know whether from TUI or the hotel, of course, but it's still a rip off. Afterwards, I found out from neighbors that they were there a few months earlier...but in a different room on the 7th floor. There was a constant smell from the kitchen sink because no siphon was installed...or is. Saved at the wrong end, "dear hotel". The TIP: If you have problems with the room and the reception doesn't want to help you, ask the "Hoja de Reclamaciones" at the reception....they try to change your mind and everything...but insist on it, also in the interests of other tourists who are still coming In German: Wir buchten für den Zeitraum 19.09.2022 bis 30.09.2022 ein Appartement in den oberen Etagen. Wir erhielten Zimmer 817 und kaum oben angekommen, der Schock: Es stank nach Fäkalien im gesamten Zimmer, was auch am 20.09 und 21.09.2022 noch nicht verschwunden war. Schimmel an den Fugen, verrosteter Fön und ähnliches …siehe Photos…. In den Nächten war neben dem Gestank die Hellhörigkeit ein echtes Problem beim schlafen und ich übertreibe hier echt nicht: Wir hörten das Handy im Nachbarzimmer vibrieren…also ohne Klingelton… als würde es auf unserem Nachtschrank liegen….also als wäre gar keine Wand da. Vielleicht gibt es andere, bessere Zimmer, aber ich glaube eher nicht…zumindest nicht, wenn man bei der TUI bucht, denn wir haben ein anderes (privat vermietetes) Zimmer in der Anlage gesehen und das war kein Vergleich….vor allem ro
