Aqua Hotel Termál

The settings for this hotel/spa are perfect, in the middle of a local neighborhood with the potential to be something outstanding. That’s the only positive think I have to say. The hotel is dated , not been upgraded since the 80’s. The rooms are the same…boring beige decoration and furniture, bathroom smelling of old sewage, toilet had a sterile band around it, yeh right dirty, brown stains and a piece of what looked like metal in the base of it. Room was warm and felt like it hadn’t been aired for months, no matter how long I had the AC on it didn’t cool down the room. The bathing areas outside we’re basically closed, only one outdoor pool and one indoor pool open. At first look you’d think this is nice, but then on entering the indoor pool it was run down with water leaking from the roof, plaster deteriorating and peeling of the walls, the water was no more than 20 degrees and had muck and dirt at the bottom. My headline says it all. Lucky I’m only here for the night on a business trip and I will not be coming back.

Unique hotel, which can be called 3+. It´s not only the area but the overall package, that brings you good memories from stay at this place. And you can be sure, that you will get more, than you can expect from this kind of hotel. Hotel provides breakfast as well as halfboard service with rich buffer breakfast and dinner (that can be served in case of low number of clients). Hotel is located directly next to the Thermal spa area, where you can easily walk from hotel garden. The entrance to the pool area is included in the hotel price with no limitation. You can even stay bathing on the day of departure till evening. This is something not common. Hotel offers various packages, like massages and other wellness services, that make the stay really worthy. You can have feeling, that you got more, than you paid. The price for service is lower than higher and is really competitive price. Bear in mind, that you are visiting a spa with very unigue healing water, that really helps to recover moving system of the body. In the evenings you can have a nice cca 15 min. walk to the town centre where you will find shops, cafe and pubs. The staff speaks mostly German, that can be for some people a small limitation, but by mixing German, Czech, Slovak and English language everybody from hotel or spa representatives understands your needs. I recommend this pleasant and renovated hotel to all who are looking good services for good price. ts really worthy. Wir waren 5 Tage da wegen meiner Zahnbehandlung bei 5dent, weil die Klinik uns diese Unterkunft empfohlen hat. Die Nähe zur Zahnklinik und zum Zentrum war für uns die Priorität. Die Mitarbeiter des Hotels waren freundlich, das Zimmer schön ausgerichtet und das Frühstücksbuffet war auch ziemlich reich. Es war schön, nach dem Frühstück im Bad zu schwimmen. Das Hotel befindet sich auf einer ruhigen Straße beim Fluss, man kann da längere Spaziergänge machen. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist absolut OK, ich kann dieses Hotel jedem gerne empfehlen.
