I have been a few times to Moss and passed this hotel and not considered booking but now I wonder why. It is a very nice hotel the room was extremely spacious and clean but there are only stairs to reach the rooms no lift. The breakfast options and variety were far greater than I was expecting. Free hot drinks outside breakfast hours from reception and a taxi ordering service for now or later. A genuinely nice hotel with friendly staff.

This is the second year running that we have stayed here and were able to get the same room which was very convenient as it has a fridge and a lovely view, very useful on a long stay of 11 days. At our suggestion a coat hook had been added and it shows that they do listen to the customers suggestions and recommendations. You can refer to our previous review of last year for more details but overall a very pleasant stay and the staff made you feel at home.

Excellent room with good view over fountain and park. Very good breakfast selection and good quality. Very clean throughout. Bathroom recently refurbished with underfloor heating etc. Staff very courteous and helpful. Good city centre location with all facilities close by. No lift (elevator) to upper floors. Room could do with some coat hooks.

After check-in, we noticed immediately that the room wasn't the room type that we booked as it had a bath and we specifically booked the room type with shower only as per our confirmation. The receptionist was friendly and understanding. He quickly managed to allocate us a room within the same room type and far more spacious. We were shocked however when we opened the bathroom door, as it is extremely small (room 204). I am only 172cm tall and weight 64kg, but was unable to sit on the toilet without having to bend my right knee in awkward position to try and sit, impossible. Also a lot of noise during the night from in front of the hotel, so not exactly a good night sleep either. Dissapointed as it looked great on first sight.

nice hotel. I was upgraded to an apartment, which was just across the street. New interior, and nice clean apartment. Checkin simply via keybox at the apartment. Parking is just behind the hotel. Morning buffet was nice, and was included. recommended

Ho soggiornato a Moss per 5 notti per un viaggio di lavoro, un progetto Erasmus tra scuole di diversi paesi europei... Ho dormito in una camera doppia assieme ad una dei miei colleghi italiani. La stanza è molto spaziosa, i letti comodissimi, la Wi-Fi rapida, il riscaldamento a terra una delizia, soprattutto dopo un'intera giornata trascorsa all'aria aperta. Troppo caldo invece all'interno del bagno, piccolissimo rispetto al resto della stanza. La colazione è stata ottima, c'era una scelta davvero ampia di prodotti, tutti buonissimi. Molto gentile anche il personale, che ci ha aiutato sia con i bagagli che con la stampa delle carte d'imbarco e dei documenti necessari per il nostro rientro in Italia. Purtroppo, nella sala conferenze non è stato possibile utilizzare il proiettore... Tuttavia, la nostra è stata davvero una fantastica esperienza!
