Beautiful Residence with great attention to detail - they have thought of everything. You are welcomed by a charming lady who tells you all you need to know about your stay. All the staff are friendly and engaging, and the wonderful decor will blow you away! The views from our room and from the breakfast area over the sea are superb. The proprietor shows a keen interest in what you want to see and do. He also kindly arranged for a taxi to take us to the beginning of the St Blaise Trail hike and came out to personally brief the driver on our requirements. Really excellent service from all the staff! The breakfasts were amazing too - such detail on everything. Highly recommended.

This is the cutest place ever! From the moment we were welcomed by Sino we immediately felt at home. We had a special honeymoon decoration in our room which made our stay special! I have to mention Sino again because she made our short stay so memorable, my husband wanted to watch the Liverpool match and she made sure this was all set up for him and kept checking back on the score making us both laugh. Her friendliness, warmth and hardworking nature shone through. Thank you Lewis, Sino and to all the staff I wasn’t able to get names of. I can’t wait for visit again one day!

Perfection doesn’t excist. But they are very very very close. The villa is beautiful and has wonderful furniture. They have an eye for details. So is the breakfast. Lovely to start the day with such a great breakfast, in their veranda, with that view We are also very impressed by the lovely employees. They are the finishing touch who make your stay unforgettable!

We spent two days in Mossel Bay at Betty's Boutique Hotel as a family. The house is traditional English in the best sense of the word. There are many chic little touches that show that the owner and his family have realised a dream that they now want to share with their guests. We did love it so much. The location of the house is perfect – just 3 minutes from the water and the restaurants next ot the beach. Mossel Bay is a safe place with a growing population that is worth visiting for a few days. You will love it. Above all, Lewis, the owner, and his team are extremely supportive, which is more than unusual. They even drove us to a private park for a guided game drive after our rental car broke down. Wow – super nice and so matter-of-fact. We as a family would recommend the house under all circumstances. Comfortable spacious rooms , large and firm bed, good shower, nice views from terrace. Secure parking available, also on road verge outside. Breakfast choices include avocado toast and eggs which is nice; the chilli oil was fiery. Quirky decoration style, home from home atmosphere, choice of guest lunge and bars with honesty system . About 5 minute drive to centre of town , easy walk down , but steep hill back up

We had such a lovely 3 night stay at Betty’s Boutique. The owners and family, (Lewis, Daisy, Dave and Wendy) are so welcoming and hospitable and make you feel right at home. Staff all very welcoming and hospitable, we were welcomed by Sino, who was great throughout our stay as all the staff were. The location is fantastic with beautiful views looking down to Mossel Bay. Well positioned for a short 5-10 min walk down to the town’s main amenities and restaurants. Staff happy to book restaurant reservations if required and help with arranging taxis. The unique style and feel of the hotel is really comforting and very relaxing, with chilled music playing over breakfast. The food at breakfast is really tasty and the charcuterie board we had one evening was a really good amount. Rooms are a good size with comfy beds, air con, tea/coffee facilities, TV, WiFi and a safe. They also have secure parking if you have a car, which was really helpful and peace of mind for us. Overall we loved our stay at Betty’s and would thoroughly recommend. Oh and you need to check out the amazing downstairs ‘speakeasy’!
