Nice view !

Das Hotel ist in gute Lage, in der Nähe von Hafen und Einkaufzentrum und 6 min Fahr zu die wunderschönes "The Point." Unser modernes Zimmer ist sehr gross, 60 cm. auf 2 Etage, mit Blick auf Hafen. Das Frühstück ist hervorragend und wird in einem schönen Restaurant mit Meerblick serviert. Das Personal ist immer sehr nett. Parking ist gratis.

酒店位置非常好 靠海 邊上就是沙灘 停車場門口免費 安全 。 周圍有超市 注意營業時間 我們到的時候是週日 大部分商店都關門 房間乾淨 就是洗臉盆冷熱水分開 不大習慣～如果不在乎錢 還是訂有陽台的海景比較好 早餐選擇也很豐富 我們當天有咖喱雞 酒店邊上一個博物館 第一個登陸此處的葡萄牙人 幾公裡外有個燈塔

服務一般般，位置不錯，停車位在室外路邊。據稱有酒店保安人員看。四星水平還是有的

We were greeted with such a warm welcome when we checked in . We had a 2 storey suite with sea view that was lovely. We were given a bottle of champagne as we were celebrating our anniversary such a nice touch. The bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in it felt like a cloud. The pool area was lovely, we couldn’t get into the restaurant as we had left it too late to book. I love the fact they put bottled water in your room twice a day. Couple of things that could be improved we only had 2 Bath towels and 1 hand towel between us each day plus one of the wall secured shampoos by the bath was empty . The TV in the bedroom only had 2 channels both with a bad signal and the TV in the lounge area lost signal and we couldn’t recover it but to be fair we didn’t contact reception to ask for assistance. The 2 balconies were wonderful with a sea view and I would recommend staying here .

We stayed here for two nights as part of our trip along the garden route. It was a special anniversary trip and we were greeted with a welcome drink which was a lovely touch. Our room was beautiful and large, overlooking the bay. There is a small pool and lovely bar and restaurant on site. I have to give special thanks and recognition to Danisha, on our second evening at the hotel my husband was feeling very unwell. She went out of her way to help us by ringing for medical advice and even walking to a local pharmacy to get medication for us and delivering it to our room. We were so grateful for her help and kindness.

Two night stay in Mossel Bay. On checking in we were told our room had only been booked for one person, and we would have to pay extra charges per night, the last thing you want to hear after a five hour journey, they eventually admitted they were mistaken when they checked booking emails but after we had contacted our Agent in SA. Pleasant, comfortable room with a gorgeous bay view. Hotel has a very good Fish restaurant on the premises, which was a bonus. The breakfasts were ok. There is an additional charge for secure parking. We found all the staff pleasant and helpful but for us this was more suited to a work trip than a holiday hotel.

By far the best hotel in te area, great location with sea views and with a very good restaurant. Cafe Gannet offers a large choice of dishes with of course a variety of delicious seafood. The rooms are standard but good, with all what you need for a pleasant stay. The hotel embraces a beautiful and intimate garden with seats, a swimming pool, bar and again, sea views. The personnel was friendly. Even more friendly than all other friendly staff was Thembi, she made our stay unforgettable!

The hotel is located just above the harbour right in town. The nice setup of the hotel and then great rooms does not make up for the poor service. We arrived 10 minutes before check-in time and were reminded in an irritating tone that we are too early. At check-in time we were then told the rooms are not ready with no excuse. They also had no clue about the Marriott benefits and could not even figure out thru which channel the reservation was made. The stay points still not credited a month later. There is a couple of secure car park bays in the backyard but those should be booked to avoid disappointment. The staff was not very friendly and the invocie was not issued in a timely manner and was not right but not worth the fuss. On our next visit to the region we will avoide this hotel and take the longer drive to George where there are better hotels available.

This is okay hotel for passing by and sleeping the night. A bit too overpriced also. Rooms were clean but bathroom could use a renovation. Breakfast ok, has plenty of choice and lady cooks fresh meals aswell. Hotel has no secure in the yard parking, hotel pool is tiny and yard has little to no good views to the sea.

Mossel Bay town is okay to stop off en route from Wine country to the garden route. It’s also 45 minutes from Oudtshoorn. This hotel is a gem, great staff and excellent rooms. We had 331 lovely outside chalet feel overlooking the bay. The Hotel is effectively a business style city centre place but it’s better than that. It actually houses its own gin distillery and offers tours. The restaurant offers good sushi, so we put the two together and had gin pairing with sushi !!! The staff in restaurants and bars are friendly and service is excellent. Dinner was good 4/5. This is an underrated hotel !

THe Hotel has an awesome location and wonderful views. We had a family suite which had an even better view. Very large room furnished tastefully. The Hotel has one restaurant Cafe Gannet. Breakfast was Average. Not much for Vegetarians. Staff is quite good. A very good place to stay on the Garden Route.

This was a perfect stopover as we started driving the Garden Route . Choose a sea facing room for a beautiful ocean view and sunset . Room is comfortable ( bed and duvet very good) , but a few things need attention ( hairdryer old and sticky , bath plug not working , bright light on air con lighting up room ) . But all fairly minor . Breakfast was ok ( buffet style but a little tired ) . We were asked 4 times for room number ?! Reception staff were very helpful . We walked a few minutes to the wharf for a seafood dinner on the water - basic but fun and the sunset spectacular . Having driven around Mossel Bay , I think this is the best option if you’re looking for a great location , view and comfortable stay .
