I stayed at this hotel one night and it was chosen by the travel agency with which I traveled to Mostar. As soon as our group arrived, there was a lot of confusion with prepared rooms for us. In my case, although I had paid for a single room, the receptionist wanted to accommodate me together with another lady and a complete stranger man in one room! Of course I didn't agrre. I insisted that I had paid for a single room so I wouldn't be sharing it with two other strangers. The lady receptionist solved the situation with the lack of rooms by accommodating me in a room which, in my opinion, was not intended for guests but for hotel staff. The room was located in the ground floor next to reception desk (maybe would be better say in the basement, since this room's windows were at the height of the sidewalk). The equipment was old and very basic. The bathroom was small, there was no toilet paper to refill, the shower was old and the paint on it was peeling. No air conditioning. Wifi was very slow and often even didn't work. Another problem appeared during breakfast. The hotel had a very small restaurant where we couldn't even fit. (The whole group - 44 of us had to finish breakfast within 45 minutes, because we had to leave early in the morning). Here I would see a problem in the travel agency, which simply picked an unsuitable hotel for us with insufficient capacity for both rooms and then places at the restaurant). Not only was there nowhere to sit, but something was constantly missing: there was no water for tea, no pastries, no eggs, no bowls and mugs. Everything was replenished very slowly. The selection of food was limited, the breakfast was only very basic. One night at this hotel was enough for me. Never again.
