非常吵，在大路邊，晚上大貨車一直不斷。注意，沒有獨立衞生間，衹有公共衞生間和浴室。是個房車營地，算不上旅館。

The park is large and very beautiful, located in a stunning beachfront area. The facilities at the accommodation are excellent, the rooms are clean, and well-equipped, with electric blankets. The staff are lovely and provide enthusiastic and helpful recommendations.

It was nice to be our of the busy Taupo area. Beautiful lake side location, great for star gazing on a clear night. Range of accommodation options to suit different budgets.

Great value, average wifi but it was free and our pitch was far away from the main buildings right on the edge of lake taupo. Great access to the lake, literally 5 metres from our campervan doors. Made for the perfect spot to take a dip in the cold lake waters. Facilities were clean, showers Great and bathrooms kept warm over night. A perfect quiet and peaceful spot.

We arrived to find a heater on but clearly not working. We had booked for 1 night to break up a trip to Wellington. The wall panel heater clearly had issues with a large crack across the front section and cracked across a corner. When we tried to remedy with the office they advised that if the light is on then it is working, clearly not the case. I was then advised they would take a look in the morning!!! We only booked for 1 night!! Really disappointing at this point, and when we were about to leave and find another place to stay the night, a lady appeared at the door with a large heater!!?? Why was this not offered at the start!?? A shame as the facilities are generally quite good and does offer some value but not with this type of customer service.

This was our second stay at Motutere Bay, on both occasions we have stayed in the cabins. On this visit we were in a family cabin, it was clean and tidy, and the staff attended to anything we needed, e.g. extra towels. The lakefront views are amazing and we love the sunsets in the depth of Winter. The only feedback for improvement we had was that the panel heater in the room did not put out enough heat for the cold July nights we stayed there. There was an additional fan heater available in the room which we utilised. Replacing the wall heater would make it perfect.

A beautiful camp ground with stunning views of Lake Taupo. The cleanliness of the Facilities was amazing. Staff were friendly and welcoming on arrival. Highly Recommended place to stay.
