Magnifique expérience aux Jardin du Moulis pour un petit WE de repos au coeur de la plus belle région de l'Ariège - voir des Pyrénées - le Couserans ! Les chambres sont confortables, modernes et parfaitement équipées. La décoration est parfaite, tout en subtilité et d'un goût très raffiné . Le lieu est calme, parfait pour une petit halte repos. L'emplacement enfin est idéal: en moins de 30 minutes de marche vous serez au centre ville de St Girons - ne manquez pas le marché du Samedi matin. Et à quelques encablures vous trouverez de magnifiques randonnées, ou de très belles sorties vélo. Tout cela sous le regard bienveillant de sa majesté le Mont Valier. Mais là n'est pas l'essentiel. L'accueil de Patrick et Jonathan est juste formidable. Le concept de "chambre d'hôte" prend là tout son sens. N'y allez pas juste pour louer une chambre. Allez-y pour faire une magnifique rencontre chez deux hôtes fantastiques, joyeux, cultivés, raffinés, accueillants, et d'une bienveillance incroyable. Vous arriverez chez deux hôtes. En repartant, vous quitterez deux amis. Un petit conseil pour terminer... La chambre d'hôte propose une table d'hôte. Et quelle table ! Jonathan ne fait pas juste à manger. Jonathan est un artiste qui sublime les produits de son jardin, ou de la très proche région, pour vous proposer une table gastronomique dans un cadre feutré et romantique. La rapport qualité prix de cette expérience culinaire est juste incroyable. Voilà, que dire de plus. Rien, si ce n'est que définitivement, pour nos prochaines escapades dans le Couserans, nul doute que nous poserons nos sacs à dos chez Patrick et Jonathan !

Nous avons passé un excellent week-end en famille au jardin de Moulis. C'est un havre de paix, les chambres sont joliment décorées et très bien équipées et la literie excellente. Patrick et Jonathan ont été aux petits soins pour nous et la table d'hôtes du soir est digne d'un gastronomique. En plus, nous avons pu admirer le lac de Bethmale sous la neige : magique !

Un véritable havre de paix niché au cœur du Couserans, avec ses magnifiques paysages. Les hôtes, d'une rare attention et d'une gentillesse exceptionnelle, prennent soin de vous avec une bienveillance incomparable tout au long de votre séjour. La table d’hôtes est un véritable voyage gastronomique, mêlant finesse et saveurs délicates. Chaque plat est un régal pour les papilles. Une adresse incontournable où il fait bon revenir, et je ne manquerai pas d’y séjourner à nouveau.

Un grand merci à Patrick et Jonathan. Un accueil chaleureux, une cuisine généreuse..faite avec amour et passion! Une literie de qualité, aucun bruit..le calme absolu. Une adresse parfaite si vous souhaitez vous dépayser et passer un bon moment entre amis/amoureux/famille! Je pars d’ici avec le mot « à bientôt » pour cette maison d’hôte.
