accomodation is great.. rooms are very clean and large... specially the breakfast... we are stayed for 2 nights an 3 days... staff were very polite... in the night they are allowing some bone fire at the roof top ... .........................................

I find all the negative words in dictionary short to review or comment on this hotel . Stinking old and broken furniture , very dirty rooms and most important if you are in room you are always with mosquitoes, cockroaches and rats on your bed. No facility or service by staff , very bad location out of town at remote area where you don’t find anything. Two three underage street boys to attend you take care . Opt for anything but never go to this hotel . I have attached key card picture just to show how this hotel could be .

Every were only dampness bad smells unclean rooms Lienanes ect.... Very rude staff... Rooms are really shaby... Hotel exterior look ok but from inside, rooms infrastructure of very low quality. Food was stale, adviced not to eat... Hotel was charging if the blanket or towel or pillow have any marks on it... So strict advice to check all of these marks are not on the their. If found any please inform them or else they will ask you to pay...

Very good we enjoyed a lot and all people are so friendly if we will go there again then our hotel will be Rock regency only.food also yummy and tasty And there is no disturbance and no crowdy near hotel.

It's such a good family hotel in mount abu. Superb service,awesome views from hotel. Very helpful staff.mr.hemant was very decent person in hotel.his talking style his management of hospitality is very convenceble.also all staff is good in hotel.my suggestion this is a best place for stay in all over mount abu.thanks to ROCK recency for giving us better facility's.we will come soon.

We stayed at the rock regency the hotel was very nice,clean and cozy ,everything was perfect we thoroughly enjoyed the stay and the staff was very friendly and efficient specially DILEEP ge was extremely FRIENDLY whenever we needed anything he was very quick and efficient, he was very aware how to deal with Guests he made our trip very enjoyble and comfortable. Thank you DILEEP and Rock Regency.

The hotel is so nice and the staff is so friendly too. Would definitely recommend to stay here if you visit mount abu. the location is always so good almost everything is nearby. the food is great and the prices are genuine. 10/10 experience, definitely recommend.

This hotel is very good to stay with family and also for couple Rooms are very neet and clean Wash room are also very neet and clean as good as in five star hotel Room service is very prompt Staff is very cooperative Especially Mr Dilip kumar is very humble and helpfull and good nature Best place to stay and for food in Mount Abu You can book the room directly from recaption desk Its location is little far from Nakhi lake
