Very nice, clean well maintained stay. Excellent services and very kid friendly. Had an amazing experience.

It is really a good property. Service is bit slow as compared to what they charge, We spent new year eve here and it was a nice event overall.

Excellent place to stay. Good Ambience. The property greeted us very well. We would recommend this property to everyone.

Hotel terrif is high compared to room size and amenities. There are not special activities for kids

It was a perfect place for a short outing.

The service was very poor. The check in was supposed to be 12 noon ,however, I did not get my room till around 2 PM. The room given was not fully serviced as amenities like tea,/ coffee/ water etc were not replenished fully and I had to ask for same to be topped up. The food ordered was delivered half cooked after 30minutes wait. I returned the food and after 15 minutes it was brought again and had to return as it was still not fully cooked. Ii ended up ordering Domino's Pizza.You cannot call Sterling Mt Abu a 4 star resort. I would be very careful when choosing any further stay at Sterling after this experience. The experience was as if I was staying at a 2 star hotel

Food was good service was excellent each and every staff corporate very well Ms Dhruvi and Miss Pooja and FnB service Mr Yogesh and Mr Manish great service location is good each and everyone is humble and i wish to visit again , we got the excellent service Finally Mr Meraj

Review of Sterling Mount Abu We recently stayed at Sterling Mount Abu for two nights, and while there were some positive aspects, our overall experience was somewhat mixed. First, the rooms are spacious and come with balconies, even in the classic category, which is a nice touch. The staff was polite and always willing to help. The food was another highlight, with a great variety of dishes in the buffet from different cuisines, making meals enjoyable. One particularly thoughtful gesture was the complimentary cake they provided to celebrate my daughter’s birthday, which made the occasion extra special for us. However, the property itself seems to be in need of better maintenance. We faced several issues during our stay—though the staff resolved them promptly, the fact that these problems occurred at all was a disappointment, especially when paying ₹12,000 per night under the MAP plan. For the amenities and condition of the property, this price feels high, and the overall experience doesn’t quite justify the cost. Having stayed at Sterling Ooty, we found that property to be much better in terms of maintenance and overall experience. While Mount Abu’s location is appealing, it doesn’t quite measure up to the Sterling standards we’ve come to expect. I would rate this property 4 stars for the rooms, service, and food. However, the additional 5th star goes entirely to the traditional folk performance by five amazing artists. Their show, which we enjoyed on both nights, was the true highlight of our stay and made us feel that part of the expense was worthwhile. In summary, while the staff and cultural performances were commendable, the property’s upkeep and amenities don’t quite justify the premium price tag.

Had a very pleasant and wonderful stay at Sterling Mount Abu... Magnificent hospitality during the stay.. had a very good experience of early check-in on request.. Rooms and surroundings very soothing, clam and serene.. pool area was also scenic.. joined in for stone painting activity and Rajasthani folk dance show.. breakfast was also good. Overall a complete relaxing experience..

If you don’t mind walking around a bit it’s a perfect stay in Mount Abu! Rooms are big and spacious our room had a sit out which had a jungle view! There is so much inside the resort to do like shooting, archery, then a holiday center which has TT, Billiards, carrom, chess, jenga and football. There is also decent size pool to on property. They also organize an early morning Nature walk behind the resort which is also good fun if you can hike for 3km. In evenings they have Rajasthani dance or something for guests. One challenge is for most rooms you need to climb stairs. I think only rooms 401-402 are two rooms without any stairs. We stayed in 504-505 they had 60 odd stairs to reach but had excellent view. So if you don’t mind moving up down chose rooms 501-505 or 601-604. Only thing which we felt need improvement was washrooms. They were neat but toilet seat etc can be better quality. The service too was great despite the vastness of resort. Breakfast had a big spread and unique dishes on everyday. We even had dinner there and it was reasonably priced and tasted good.

Very nice place. Pleasant staff. Hema was very polite and served very well.theChef was very good and food excellent. Had a very nice experience. Will remember this visit andrecommend to others in friends and family..we had a very good time. At this location.
