The only good thing about this hotel was that it is situated right near the main market area (1 min walking distance). We had checked in to the hotel on 9th Oct 2024. The first thing we were informed of was that no booking had been made in our name (even though we had paid the concerned travel agency two months before). The room (Room no.111) where we stayed was very small, with very old furniture and a torn sofa (picture given). Their restaurant/dining hall was under renovation, and we had to have our meal in our small room with no appropriate table and chairs. The drinking water Jug/Jar that was supplied was very old and not washed properly. Do not believe the rooms shown in the internet. It is smaller and inadequate. Hot water was available only from 7 am to 10 am. After paying for the Deluxe suite, we were accommodated in the cheap suite. We had a booking from 9th Oct to 11th Oct. But out of the blue, the hotel boy informs us that we must check out on 10th Oct. Such misinformed services have spoiled our stay in much-hyped Mt. Abu.

The stay was comfortable. the room hygiene can be improved but were impressed by the friendly , helpful and proactive staff. Room services were superb. On veg was really good but veg food awesome . A good place to stay with family. Near by nakki Lake Mount abu

Staff is good and service is also good! 1 problem only: Cash only payment is accepted at checkout. Suggestion: Online payments should be available as an option as well. Other than that all good. Enjoyed our stay!

The hotel ashoka was good in the location , as it is near to Nikki lack atmosphere is pleasant. The staff was humble and co operative .the rooms are neat and clean the room service was prompt and fast .we wish all the best for the future service to the public

The price of the hotel is not as per the convenience they provide.restautent service is poor.1000-1200 max should be paid for ilthis facilitity. The bad experience is the receptionist provided scooty by taking his commission.i told them but no action.

Hotel is good...staff is good...location is nearby..these are pros.... Cons : we had three rooms.. two rooms were good but one was not good in terms of cleanliness..so i would rate 5 out of 3. Overall 5 out of 3

The restaurant offered a wide range of delectable dishes, both local and international, prepared with the finest ingredients and served with impeccable presentation. The hotel staff at Hotel Ashoka were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always ready to assist with any requests or inquiries.

Service was good and over all superb hotel is in good location and near by area is also good that you can feel comfortable and roof top is also available so that we can seat in night and spend a good time with friends and colleagues.. overall it is superb
