SureStay Hotel by Best Western the Clarence on Melville

Very convenient and such a lovely place to stay up to up peoples.. super value for money. Close to all nice restaurants

I realised many shops were closed on Sunday. Would plan to stay a few more days next time.

Big and spacious room in the city, but the soundproofing is bad and the heater is loud

It was perfect room for our family. The location was great as it is near to town and all restaurants and shops as well.

Attentive receptionist was very warm and welcoming. Room was spacious and ample space for luggage. Easy to drive around the town and I can park the car just outside the room.

Very nice size room. The room I booked had a double plus a single bed and a table with 2 chairs. Toaster microwave and dishes. For the price point I can say that this room represents fairly good value for money. I did read another review before booking that states no power next to bed this is false as there is 2 double outlets under the side tables next to the bed. Location is about 25 minutes from the train station. But there is a 808 bus service that runs on this road for very little money. This bus service runs in a loop around every hour. To go to Middleton beach you can catch the 803 service this runs a loop approximately 3 to 4 times per day. There is a McDonald's Coles and Aldi within close walk next door is chicken treat across the road is a good tackle Shop and outdoor sports.

I accidentally booked a wrong date and all I asked is just to rebooked it the same date just a different month ahead. I understand there could be a price change and I'm willing to top-up whatever the gap fees are. Disappointingly the hotel wouldn't even try to accommodate to our request and this is our 1st time experience heading towards Albany. Will never book with this hotel again. Bad management that has no decency in accommodating to customers request.

To compare with the price we paid; Bed was comfy 9/10 Water pressure was 1000/10 Quietness 5/10 Air condition (it’s super loud) 2/10 Amenity 8/10 Location (we walked from the hotel to drinks in the city roughly 20 mins) 8/10 Easy to checked in/out of 10/10 We didn’t use their wifi but it’s available Darkness 8/10 the curtain is not big enough to blocked the light from outside. Cleanliness 9/10 room refreshing service was good. Size of room 9/10 Basically, it’s almost perfect if you are only there for just sleeping and spending the most of the day outside. We woke up because next room had a shower 🙂

It wasn’t anything special honestly. Location was ok to visit around the area. But is more like a motel than anything. Lady at the front was nice and the cleaning ladies as well. We didn’t saw anyone else. Room had clean towels every day during our stay.
