Average to below average hotel. We were a party of 3 staying in a room with 2 Queen Beds. Each bed had only 3 pillows. Which I found odd. Normally there are 2 pillows per person with a choice of a more firm, or more soft option. I had to get extra pillows from the front desk (I like to put a pillow between my knees). We all agreed the mattresses were Uncomfortable. The hotel description says "Newly Renovated" but I assure you the investment was not in new mattresses. Very disappointing "amenities" in the Bathroom, being that there are none. Literally a tiny bar of soap laying on the vanity by the sink. Not even a soap dish. Like once you unwrapped the soap to use it, you had to just lay it on the counter. No Facial Wipes. No Q-Tips or Cotton Balls. Nothing in terms of toiletries that showed any consideration to a guests needs. A facial wipe is pretty standard at most hotels nowadays. The real low point was the Breakfast. It looks NOTHING like the pictures on the Hotel Site. There was not a SCRAP of fresh fruit. No melons, no bananas, no apples, NOTHING. The bacon was paper thin and so greasy. The English Muffin was Stale, and the Peanut Butter I planned to use was disgusting. It had separated, and there was a bunch of oil on top. I tried to stir it, but the "Peanut Butter" underneath was so hard. I question how "natural" or authentic the product was. It was some generic brand. Not Jif or Smuckers or a name brand. Anyway, I am not kidding when I say I threw the English Muffin and Peanut Butter in the trash. Totally started my day off on the wrong tone. The Medium Roast coffee was empty. And they can't splurge for some flavored creamers either. The whole breakfast struck me as being VERY "On the Cheap". Would not stay here again, and it seemed like a bad use of my Marriott Bonvoy points.
